Unlock Location:
- Progress in the campaign until you unlock the Cuspid Climb area within Terminus Range.
- Complete the relevant story missions to access Lambent Mine.
Farm Method:
- Defeat Skyspanner Kratch, who can drop
Linebacker in addition to Hellfire. - Reset the fight with the Encore Machine in Lambent Mine.
- Farm until Linebacker drops, as both legendaries share the same source.
