Unlock Location:
- Travel to Carcadia City in Carcadia Burns.
- Start the side quest chain beginning with Enter the Electi.
- Finish the last quest (The Mole’s Gambit) to unlock Leader Willem.
Farm Method:
- First-time fight against Leader Willem happens during the questline.
- After quest completion, revisit his arena.
- Use the Encore Machine to respawn him.
- Farm until
Rainbow Vomit drops with your preferred elemental loadout.
