Unlock Location:
- Progress in the story until you unlock the Cuspid Climb area within Terminus Range.
- Complete the relevant story missions to access Lambent Mine.
Farm Method:
- Defeat Skyspanner Kratch inside the Lambent Mine.
- After completing his associated story mission once, return afterward.
- Respawn him using the Encore Machine at the arena entrance.
- Farm repeatedly until
Hellfire drops in addition to Linebacker.
