Build Overview

Loveshot.exe

This is my sniper focused build for Loveless. Loveshot.exe looks towards using heavy-hitting, high burst damage Sniper Rifles and playing around One Shots, Stored Damage and the Visual Paradox Nexus Action Skill.

Build made in collaboration with Girthquake, Rezur and Iserrot.

Action Skill

accelerat.exe + Stack Overflow or sudo kill

accelerat.exe provides 250% Amp and is an extremely impactful boost.
Stack Overflow is excellent for bossing and bursting down high value targets.
- There's currently a bug with Montage Maker that causes you to not be able to reenter stealth through kills if you exited stealth through using VPN's Function: Kusarigama, instead having to wait the cooldown of the Class Mod's stealth. It's very annoying but unfortunately the skill is central to the build. It has been reported.
sudo kill is a decent mobbing alternative.

Notes on VPN Visual Paradox Nexus

Grants 25% Crit Damage while VPN is Active.
Grants 50% All Damage while in Stealth.
- This boost is not listed in the Action Skill description, but is listed in the Montage Maker Class Mod. Both do not stack, it is simply a feature of Stealth that is not mentioned in VPN's description.
The first shot upon entering Stealth will have +200% Gear Crit.
- This feature is not listed in the Action Skill description.
- Subsequent shots (after the first) in or out of Stealth will only have the 25% Crit Damage instead.
accelerat.exe's Gun Damage is 250% Amp (x3.5).

Notes on Stack Overflow Stack Overflow

Does not get consumed if the Function misses/doesn’t hit any enemy.
Damage to store is check ON HIT, meaning it is relatively anti-synergistic with multiple pellets and source-adopting Bonus Elements like Watts 4 Dinner.
- This doesn't mean you should never use Watts 4 Dinner or multipellet weapons. Truck with Torgue Impact + Shotgun Mode is still excellent, for example.
UI Icon is super buggy and can just disappear even though you’re still storing the damage, or have it fully stored.
Kusarigama Function: Is Action Skill; Is Melee Damage. Can build up Groundbreaker.
Kusarigama Function: Is not Player Melee Attack (doesn’t deliver GB).
Stack Overflow Formula: [(Base+StoredDamage) x (1+Soup+Crit)]

Hack / Slash

Disdain for some damage.

Odium for Stack Overflow and Groundbreaker.

Ratio Technique for a little Crit Chance.

Death Begets Death for sustaining Visual Paradox Nexus through kills.

notarget is an essential grab to make gameplay more fluid.

Methodical for a large boost to slow-firing snipers and to underbarrels.

Retribution is nice soup, but points can be split with Infinite Murder Hack if you want.

Killing Machine for Function and Executable cooldown utility.

Refactored Damage Formula for the extra sniper damage.

Virology

Established Gameplay Loop for some nice soup and reload.

Nootropic Energy Drink for Stack Overflow.

System Restore is a nice 1-point wonder for survival.

Wide Net is perfect for our weapons that have splash radius.

TruckSolar TemperOrder SniperPRISM

Use Torgue (Impact Mag) on any Sniper that can roll it.

Truck with Torgue (Impact Mag) is a great main choice for general use. Daedalus Shotgun Mode is also nice on it.
Solar Temper and Piktun Order Sniper for maximum impact damage.
PRISM is a solid choice.

Vladof Sniper

The Vladof Sniper can roll the Big Rocket Underbarrel, which counts as a sniper hit, remains in-theme and is an excellent bossing option.

FisheyeBorstel Ballista

Fisheye and Borstel Ballista projectiles have large hitboxes and are good for dealing with Crystal enemies.

Rooker

Rooker has a great underbarrel that can be be shot and swapped from to another weapon while it's flying and doing damage, or be used for bossing.

REPKIT

Order Repkit, Kill Spring, Triple Bypass and Vitae are all good choices of Repkit with their own relative strengths.

Kill Spring and Vitae are good sustain-focused options.
Order Repkit is a good offensive choice.
Triple Bypass is nice for Now With Caffeine utility.

Look for these effects, or combinations of them if applicable:

- Note: 'Leech' (Lifesteal) Repkits do not apply to Blood Is Power.

ORDNANCE

Crit Knife Jakobs Grenade

The low Critical Hit Chance of the build makes this grenade very valuable.

Waterfall, Countermeasure or any Epic Grenade

Lingering + Alchemic + Overflow/Exacting
- Great roll combination for the purpose of filling RAM.
Ricochet + Artillery + Overflow/Exacting
- Decent roll combination for the purpose of filling RAM, and the Ricochet can also stack gun skills like Riddle You This.

Slippy

If you want to play around a Little Sister Shield with Boxer Jabbing, this is a great choice since its hits can trigger Boxer Jabbing.
- You can optionally go for a lower level Slippy to avoid self-damage accidents.

Little Sister and Hopscotch

x2 Turtle. Nice defensive choices.
An offensive option for Little Sister is Boxer + Positive Reinforcement or Armor Segment.
- Pairs very well with Slippy to force Drone spawns.

ENHANCEMENT

Pumper |Studfinder | Head Ringer Torgue Enhancement

Great for Torgue or Torgue-licensed guns, like a Truck.
- The Air Burst effect is extremely powerful for mobbing and against Crystal enemies.

Quintain | Blind Box | Piercer | Bounce Pass Jakobs Enhancement

Great for Jakobs or Jakobs-licensed guns.

Evolver | Primadiem | Power Shot Order Enhancement

Excellent picks for Order weapons like Solar Temper.

Activate Visual Paradox Nexus with your preferred Augment
Activate accelerat.exe
Snipe
- Use Function: Kusarigama to build up Finisher and to deliver Stack Overflow at high value targets, if equipped.
Continue to activate accelerat.exe to keep your 250% Amp going.

Bossing

Equip Stack Overflow for bossing.

Activate Visual Paradox Nexus
Activate accelerat.exe and throw Crit Knives.
Hit the boss with a hard-hitting sniper like Solar Temper or Piktun Order Sniper, or an underbarrel like Big Rocket Vladof Sniper. Even firing Truck works.
If your ram is maxed, use Empowered Melee to activate High Data Rate. It doesn't have to actually hit anything.
- This step can also be performed earlier in the chain.
Use Function: Kusarigama to deliver Stack Overflow for a big hit that should usually kill most bosses. It will also build up Groundbreaker.
Finish off with Groundbreaker if needed.

I only really do endgame. I recommend rushing down to accelerat.exe and then going for the System Restore lifesteal in green to help survival.

Alternatively, if you have a good survival repkit like Kill Spring you can more comfortably invest in damage before worrying about that.

Also, another weakness is that you need to shoot them in the head, which can be difficult for how much mobs move around in this game and so you can easily miss their heads, which the majority of people don't have too tier aim with snipers so this build won't be for them.

Torgue Impact Truck + Pumper Enhancement. You quite literally don't have to aim much at all, and can guarantee crits by aiming a bit above target's heads.

The second build variant also has significant crit chance.

Of course there's 42 favorites for a sniping build that requires a ton of very specific setting up and could still end up not working because you don't have the exact same buffs this build requires.

I'm not sure what you even mean. Do you know how builds in general work? It has a gameplay loop like any other build. It lieks specific items just like many other builds.
