This is a very straight forward and on paper super strong Harlowe leveling build, focusing entirely on radiation damage + status effect damage, with the added benefit of a pocket nuke with
CHROMA Accelerator. This build will function much better when using a radiation weapon, preferably one with high status effect damage so keep that in mind while leveling. One great part about this build is that the damage is all generic and active all the time.
Neutron Capture is unbelievably insane, converting a portion of the damage dealt by your
CHROMA Accelerator into flat added bonus radiation damage. This means any gun damage you deal after using your action skill will do large amounts of radiation damage, assuming your action skill hits enemies. This has some insane implications for the endgame, but for the purposes of leveling, as long as you use a high rate of fire weapon (ideally a maliwan SMG) and press your
CHROMA Accelerator on cooldown while hitting a few mobs with it, you'll shred everything with no problem.
It is very important to play around the
CHROMA Accelerator due to
Neutron Capture. Look out for any and all Action Skill Cooldown rate on gear, especially on the medkit as that will give you a ton of additional uptime on your
Neutron Capture buff
This build is also by far Harlowes best endgame build, click this link to see how you'd want to set it up in endgame

Gear to look out for while leveling:
Penetrator Augment which comes on Throwing Knives is EXTREMELY powerful on bosses or any tanky enemies. If you get this you can swap the 5 points from
Glow Up into 3
Fissile Launcher and 2 in
Periodic Table Flip
Guns: Ideally use radiation weapons, but you can use anything that's elemental and super potent as long as it is high rate of fire (smgs / vladof ar's) the higher the rate of fire = the more
Neutron Capture damage you will do
Be on the lookout for the Spread Launcher, Beam Tosser, Shrapnel Cannon, Knife Launcher, Taser, or Shotgun underbarrel attachments and try them out, they are overtuned. These have internal cooldowns, you can bypass the cooldown by swapping to a different gun with the same attachment. I recommend having multiple of these and cycling between them to dish out high damage when you don't have
Neutron Capture active
Repkits: 100% Action Skill Cooldown Rate, 200% Amp Damage, Lifesteal, & Movement Speed are likely the best options for smooth leveling.
Ordnance: Look out for a High Radiation DPS rocket or homing grenade
Specializations
Gameplay
1) Try to hit as many mobs with
CHROMA Accelerator as possible
2) Make sure to dish out damage
Neutron Capture is active
3) While waiting for your
CHROMA Accelerator use your Repkit with action skill cooldown rate. This is also a great time to use your ordnance as your actual gun damage may be low outside of
Neutron Capture, or use any gun with a potent underbarrel attachment
