Gunboy C4SH!

TUVH6 Bloomreaper Highlight Reel

PC Save File

Shoot-reload. Hot Slugger. The Ante Up skill provides massive gun and skill damage boosts when holding 1-mag/low mag guns or underbarrels, which can then be fed into the Bleed status from Gamer. Other class mod options also available.

  • Any weapons with COV (Unlimited Mag) license can also be used to good effect due to COV being considered '0 Current Ammo' and '1 Mag Size' for Ante Up, especially on the CSW build variant.

This build DOES NOT abuse the recursive bleed exploit. You can if you want to by using Global Crit Chance (like Crit Knife) and Skill Crit Chance, but that's entirely up to you.

GunboySleight of Hand

Gigantic peaks, but requires some prep/setup to bring the most out of it on bossing.

  • Action Skill: Sleight of Hand
    • Sweeten the Pot + The Cooler
    • Sweeten the Pot + Cowboy
  • Class Mods: Gamer, Gambler, Triggerbot, Whale

GunboyCleromancy

Smooth and snappy gameplay with Totem spam and excellent damage.

  • Action Skill: Cleromancy
    • Heavenly Sevens + Five is Alive
  • Class Mods: Gamer, Gambler, Triggerbot, Ludopath, Whale

Gunboy CSW Cleromancy

Easiest to play, but no autocrits. Goes for Can't Stop Winning for easier Windfall procs, and also lifesteal from Turn of Fate. The cost is Hot Streak and a decent amount of damage boosts, but this can feel excellent to play all the same, has its own flow and more than enough damage.

  • Action Skill: Cleromancy
    • Heavenly Sevens + Mighty Nine + Dirty Dozen/Five is Alive
  • Class Mods: Gamer, Triggerbot, Ludopath, Whale

Strengths And Weaknesses

  • Extremely high gun damage for any activity
  • Cards and Totems have good damage output
  • Good survivability
  • Sleight of Hand or Cleromancy
  • Sleight of Hand requires some dancing and learning to achieve its absurd gun peaks

Cleromancy + Can't Stop Winning Gunboy

Action SkillCleromancy

Heavenly Sevens + Mighty Nine + Dirty Dozen provide nice QOL and extra elements for Vigorish. Dealer's Bluff enables spam.

    • Mighty Nine Bonus Fire is always active as long as a Tough Totem is up, and counts as Action Skill damage, so it applies Jinx. It also delivers Groundbreaker for some reason.
    • Dirty Dozen can help access even more elements for Vigorish. Five is Alive is another great option over it, but it will only provide shock.

Luck of the Draw

Ante Up is the ESSENTIAL skill of the setup. Whatever you do, don't give it up. It provides an obscene amount of Gun and Skill damage boosts while holding the Hot Slugger.

  • Formula by wrw713: [ Base x (Fortune Stacks + Current Ammo) ] / Mag Size

Alchemy is excellent for stacking Fortune with our bonus elements and utility grenade ordnance.

  • Alongside Insurance, Alchemy lets you generate Fortune stacks even during Windfall, allowing the next Windfall proc to happen quicker.

Trick-Taker for some more soup.

Insurance actually does not need a full shield refill like the card implies, meaning fast Amp shields like Guardian Angel make it very spammable.

Fast Hands for a big reload speed boost and easier Windfall.

Sounds of Rain is a nice Crit Chance boost since we have no autocrit on this setup.

Late Scratch enables easier Windfall fishing with Hot Slugger by spamming reloads since it will generate Fortune stacks while Windfall isn't active.

Take the Pot helps take care of your survival through Totem spam.

Dealer's Bluff enables great cooldown returns for Totems.

Vigorish grants us Bonus Element damage sources when the Totems cause damage.

Ace in the Hole is another nice soup boost.

Around the Corner is meh, but C4SH Game is bugged so it's not worth picking over it.

Roll the Bones

Charm Bracelet provides even more skill damage for our bonus elements and bleed.

  • You can go for Sweet Roll instead if you prefer.

Can't Stop Winning is great QOL and enables easier Windfall procs.

Turn of Fate covers survival well.

Good soup from Jinxed debuff (Luckless, Accursed Bones).

WEAPONS

This build prefers frequent reload, 1-mag size guns due to Ante Up, which provides MASSIVE Gun and Skill damage boosts.

Any weapons with COV (Unlimited Mag) license can also be used to good effect due to COV being considered '0 Current Ammo' and '1 Mag Size' for Ante Up.

Underbarrels

Bossing burst kings.

  • Spread Launcher Jakobs Shotgun
    • The classic Spread Launcher that simply demolishes any boss.
  • Beam Tosser Maliwan Shotgun
    • Personal favorite against Bloomreaper.
  • Space Laser Oscar Mike
    • Fun and strong.
  • Airstrike Torgue AR
    • Great for Bloomreaper crystals if you have enough radius boosts.

Other fun options include Rooker and Kill Drones Order AR, which you can shoot out then swap back to Hot Slugger and they will benefit from Ante Up.

REPKIT

War Paint, Order Repkit, Kill Spring andTriple Bypass are all good choices of Repkit with their own relative strengths.

Look for these effects, or combinations of them if applicable:

  • Amp (Amplified)
  • Enrage (Experimental)
  • Reload Speed (Dextrous)
  • Fire Rate (Spasmodic)

ORDNANCE

Waterfall with the Lingering + Alchemic rolls, or any other Epic grenade with the same. Essentially, any grenade with high DOT application rates, so feel free to experiment.

Firepot and Countermeasure benefit from the massive Gun Damage boosts of Ante Up and are valid options.

Crit Knife Jakobs Grenade is always an option.

SHIELD

Guardian Angel

  • 150% Amp. Great for any activity.

Watts 4 Dinner

  • 150% Amp is good, and excellent if you want to setup boss one-taps. You can use a Siphon roll if you find it more comfortable.
  • The Bonus Shock is more damage also another DOT source for Alchemy. It can result in bleed overrides though, but it's not a big deal.

Firewerks

  • Great option for mobbing.

CLASS MOD

Stat rolls to look for on any Class Mod:

  • Gun Damage
  • Skill Damage
  • Skill Crit Chance
  • Fire Rate
  • Reload Speed

Gamer

  • +3 or +2 Trick Shot; +4 or +5 Tender Hearts

Bleed. Great damage boost, great mobbing and bossing burst power.

Triggerbot

  • +5 Vigorish; +Any

Very powerful option for burst damage.

Ludopath

  • +5 Ante Up, + Anything

Simply massive soup, and a fun boost from the special effect.

Whale

+5 Payout; + Any

Very fun passive effect, enables a lot more spam. Turn of Fate is great sustain too.

ENHANCEMENT

Stat rolls to look for on any Enhancement:

  • Gun Damage
  • Gun Type Damage
  • Gun Crit Damage
  • Gun Equip Speed

Quintain | Bounce Pass Jakobs Enhancement

Head Ringer Torgue Enhancement

  • Exellent boost for the underbarrels that are on Torgue or Torgue-licensed weapons.

  • Deadeye if you want better gunplay, Skillcraft if you want to potentialize bleed to the max

3/3 Daed-dy O | 2/3 High Caliber

  • Can bring out the most of some underbarrels, like Kill Drones Order AR, Space Laser Oscar Mike etc.

3/3 High Caliber | 2/3 Skillcraft

  • If the projectile has splash and works with the piercing effect, then you can use High Caliber for doubled hits. Spread Launcher Jakobs Shotgun is an example.

Other options:

Bullet Train can be nice QOL, and usually better than Riddle You This for boss bursting unless it's a longer fight like Bloomreaper and you're shooting Hot Slugger a lot instead of using underbarrels.

Contamination is alright for Alchemy but mostly not necessary at all.

CQC to be triggered from Mighty Nine.

Gameplay

MOBBING

Throw grenades to start Fortune buildup, then some Cleromancy Totems. Repkit if you want.

Start shooting and reloading to enter Windfall. Keep on repeating this process during your mobbing cycle and that's it. Remember that Action Skill activation also has chance to proc Windfall.

  • Swap to Spread Launcher/any other big splash option if you want to quickly dispatch Crystal enemies. They don't really deserve any sympathy anyway.

If you want to be funny, you can introduce Amp Repkit + Needler Rooker or Kill Drones Order AR in your cycles.

BOSSING

Throw all grenades to buildup Fortune. Repkit for your boosts. Spam Roll the Bones Totems and Hot Slugger shots to your at will to enter Windfall, and just carry on doing that.

If you instead want to burst the boss with one-shots/underbarrels, then: Throw all grenades to buildup Fortune. Spam Roll the Bones Totems until you enter Windfall. Repkit for Amp, then shoot.
