Bel'Veth Primordian Challenger Marauder 2g

[Link to Champion Page]
Bel'Veth's Tidal Slashes strikes her target in a flurry, dealing physical damage to them. The amount of strikes scales with Attack Speed, pairing conveniently with the Challenger trait.
Overall, she's a pretty straightforward frontliner, but it's hard to argue against a 2-cost unit with three traits.
Jinx Anima Challenger 2g

[Link to Champion Page]
Jinx is a backline AD carry that also scales her ability based on Attack Speed (allowing her to fire additional bullets). A natural fit for Challenger, and one of the earlier units with the trait.
Diana Arbiter Challenger 3g

[Link to Champion Page]
Diana passively deals bonus magic damage with each of her basic attacks. Her Pale Cascade ability grants her a Shield, then summons three orbs which encircle her and damage enemies that come into contact.
Additionally, the rotation speed of the orbs increases based on Attack Speed, once again matching appropriately to Challenger. Seems solid.
Kindred N.O.V.A. Challenger 4g

[Link to Champion Page]
Kindred marks enemies with each attack and ability, then sends Wolf to consume them once they reach a certain amount. As for the active, it has Kindred jump away before firing enemies at the nearest targets.
As a N.O.V.A unit, the unique power surge effect applies a large Shield to your strongest Tank. If you go one step further and make Kindred the "Striker", all enemies become marked on activation, plus receive additional marks after every X seconds.
