Cho'Gath Dark Star Brawler 1g

[Link to Champion Page]
Cho'Gath is a 1-cost tank that can permanently stack max Health each time he uses his ability. If he happens to kill the target, he gains even more.
Combined with the Health boost from Brawler, Cho'Gath has solid late game potential if you can build him up early.
Rek'Sai Primordian Brawler 1g

[Link to Champion Page]
Rek'Sai's Upheaval ability heals herself, then knocks up adjacent foes while dealing magic damage. AoE CC is always valuable, and being accessible early makes Rek'Sai a great pickup.
Gragas Psionic Brawler 2g

[Link to Champion Page]
Gragas has the power to Chill adjacent enemies with his Chemical Rage, while also healing himself and dealing magic damage. It's a decent form of disruption, which goes well with the natural tankiness of Brawler.
Pantheon Timebreaker Brawler Replicator 2g

[Link to Champion Page]
Pantheon provides a lot of value as a 2-cost champ with three great traits. His Advanced Defences ability makes him fit perfectly on the frontlines, granting him Durability and a Shield that scales off Health (and AP).
With help from Replicator, Pantheon will also double-cast the ability, making him even more of a threat the face. There's a lot to like.
Maokai N.O.V.A. Brawler 3g

[Link to Champion Page]
Maokai passively gains more max Health from all sources, which makes him excellent as a Brawler. Additionally, as a N.O.V.A. unit, he also heals allies once the power surge activates.
But that's not all. Maokai also have access to Grasp of Convergence, which is an AoE stun in the form of an X-shape. And if he becomes the designated "Striker", he can summon a wave of dragons, which also stuns all enemies!
Urgot Mecha Brawler Marauder 3g

[Link to Champion Page]
Urgot is the first accessible Mecha champion, and he also has two great treats with Brawler + Marauder. As the Unstoppable Dreadnought, he passively fires cone-shaped blasts at enemies that come within range (with a Cooldown).
As for his active ability, he gains a Shield before dashing behind his target, then resets the passive Cooldown so that he can fire once more. A scary machine indeed... especially if he reaches his Ultimate Mecha form!
Tahm Kench Oracle Brawler 4g

[Link to Champion Page]
Tahm Kench's Tongue Lash ability heals himself, then deals magic damage to enemies within range. Additionally, once each combat when he drops to a certain Health, he gains a Shield equal to a portion of the healing received.
If you're able to support him with extra sources of Healing, Tahm Kench could be a real nuisance to deal with.
On top of his combat prowess, Tahm Kench also provides passive rewards after every three rounds. Can't argue with free stuff!
