Path of Building Code

Build Overview

The build revolves around the Elementalist ascendancy Shaper of Flames and Liege of the Primordial so all our damage can ignite, and we're stacking as many golems as possible to dip into Liege of the Primordial and Primordial Bond.

In this version of the build, we have 7x Primordial Bond. 3 from cluster jewels, and 4 from Megalomaniacs.

Primordial Bond says 10% increased damage per summoned golem and 40% increased effect of buffs granted by your golems.

We have a total of 20 golems, meaning that 1 singular Primordial Bond gives us 200% increased damage, and we have 7 of those, so a quick math 7 Primordial Bond * 200% increased damage = 1400% increased damage AND 280% increased effect of our golems.

The 2nd key item of the build is the newly added Lost Unity ring, that gives us Herald of the Hive skill. Herald of the hive gives us a buff which causes us to deal MORE damage for each herald skill affecting us, so it's normal for us to stack a lot of heralds, so we do. We're using Herald of Purity Herald of Ash Herald of Agony Herald of Thunder Herald of Ice. Herald of the Hive also emits a pulse around the character, damaging any enemy nearby, and thanks to Shaper of Flames, it ignites them.

The pulse coming from Herald of the Hive increases in frequency for each ailment we inflict on enemies. While mapping this skill alone can clear screens of enemies, thanks to ignite proliferation from Fan the Flames or glove eldritch implicit.

So the story goes, Herald of the Hive gives us INSANE amounts of flat damage, we stack golems, herald and the new Lycia ascendancy to multiply that, and scale our damage to the moon.

We also want to stack a lot of INT on the gear, so then we can use Tattoo of the Arohongui Shaman, so we can get EVEN MORE HERALD BUFF EFFECT!!

Oriath's End is our go-to flask for mapping, making the biggest booms you've ever seen.

Weapon - The best in slot will be Grace of the Goddess. Not even a mirror wand can beat this, the sheer amount of damage this weapon provides, makes it irreplaceable. Try getting a well rolled one and use Tempering orbs to get a Physical Enchant

Helmet - The Dark Monarch (Summoned Golems) is the best in slot, since we're scaling our damage via golem numbers, this is irreplaceable item for this slot. Make sure you're getting the golem one.

Body Armor - Incandescent Heart is my personal choice here, offering a good balance between damage and survivability. Focus on getting a max rolled one for "Gain 20% of elemental damage as extra chaos" as mentioned above we have A LOT of elemental damage, and gaining 20% of that as chaos, is insane. It also offers great defenses with decent ES rolls and Armour rolls. Additionally taking 20% of elemental damage from hits as chaos, basically means you take 25% less damage from ele hits because we're going Chaos Inoculation.

Rings - Lost Unity, no way to replace this item.

- Circle of Ambition (Purity: Buff Effect) This will be your 2nd option for the ring slot. Try getting one with Herald of Purity buff effect, 10% increased mana reservation efficiency of herald skills, and the other 2 mods can be whatever. If you can get a ring with 2 herald buff effects, preferably ash and purity, that would be insane. IT MUST HAVE FLAMMABILITY CURSE IMPLICIT!!!!!!!!!!

Amulet - The Primordial Chain with a +1 curse corruption implicit. Anoint Dirty Techniques

Belt - Mageblood for huge quality of life and survivability. If this is out of your budget, focus on capping your resistances

Shield - A rare crafted shield with as much Energy Shield as you can and a +1 to level of all physical spell skill gems prefix. For the suffixes, try to get INT and resistances.

Gloves - Warlock Gloves with as much ES as possible, DEX, INT and 1 resistance. I bought mine with the fractured DEX, and spammed Deafening Essences of Woe until I hit good prefixes, then eldritch currency the suffixes.

Boots - Warlock Boots with lots of movement speed, lots of Energy Shield, INT and resistances. I bought mine with the 35% fractured MS, then spammed Essences of Woe just like on the gloves until I hit T1 % ES, then finished the suffixes with eldritch currency.

For the Jewels, you want 3 large 8 passive cluster jewels with Primordial Bond. The other nodes don't matter as they are useless. I went with Primordial Bond and Renewal as this combo gives me Primordial Bond on the bottom of the cluster, and Renewal on the top, so I can get more stats on my way to the jewel slot.

Your Forbidden Flesh and Flame combo will be what's the cheapest. When i started Bastion of Elements was the cheapest, so I went with that. It's mandatory you take Liege of the Primordial and Bringer of Ruin, so just swap around as your budget permits.

Melding of the Flesh will allow us to bring our max resistances as high as we can. For me, it's 84%, but it can go higher with more investment.

You want to use 2x Primordial Eminence and 1x The Anima Stone for more golem buff effect and an additional golem.

I'm using 4 Megalomaniacs that give me Primordial Bond. Other useful nodes could be: Fan the Flames Molten One's Mark Endbringer Heraldry Enduring Composure Prismatic Dance Prismatic Carapace Prismatic Heart, basically anything that get your max res even higher.

The Balance of Terror with Elemental Weakness is great for damage, basically giving you up to 40% of physical damage as a random element if you've cast Elemental Weakness in the past 10 seconds. So just spam Elemental Weakness on bosses or once every 10 seconds, and you're fine.

Grafts - I'm using 1 Draining Eshgraft which Sap's the enemy, and giving me 16% increased max ES, and 1 Flamecaller Xophgraft that gives me the mod "Damaging Ailments deal damage 10% faster" while covering the enemies in Ash, albeit, it's not very reliable.

How it Plays

In maps, you just turn on Bladefall of Trarthus and clear the map. For bossing, you want to channel Divine Ire of Holy Lightning up to 10 stages, then release for max ignite AFTER you've cursed the boss with Elemental Weakness, then let the ignite do the job while you run circles around him.
