This is how I level my ✨Scion✨ on leaguestart! last few leagues ive done this but with 
Molten Strike. This time I want to try with 
Smite only.
Its not a super strong start and is probably only good for heists and up to yellow maps. but its cheap and fast in heist and allows me to farm up for my Armour Stacker starter build with very low investment. Also NO second char :)
💥Leveling Skills (in the order I use them)
Spectral Throw or 
Splitting Steel
Blade Trap ( you can also just continue on with Spectral Throw if you want)- Smite and/or Molten Strike
Quest info
- Bandits: kill all
- Mercy Mission Act 1:
Quicksilver Flask - The Great White Beast Act 2:
Heavy Belt (do this if you havent found or bought one from vendors) - The Ribbon Spool Act 3:
Lapis Amulet - The Key to Freedom Act 5:
Granite Flask - The Silver Locket Act 7:
Jade Flask - The Chamber of Sins Level 2 (Act 7) : Second lab. (normally i stop here and start heisting)
- Safe Passage Act 10:
Silver Flask (if you go this far.)
