SorceressThis is the ultimate Twink Leveling build; you can use the same build on all classes and from level 1.
Your starting location on the tree doesn't matter; go towards any source of damage and take stats in the beginning. You will need a lot of Dex, Int, and Str to slot your gems in your Skills (Use Greater or Perfect Jeweller's Orbs) to start.
Level one you can't fit all the uniques but you can buy items fron Finn.
Rondel of Fragility can be slotted during boss fights to make them easier.
Asphyxia's Wrath Will is good early but you need to swap it later on, I have two more quivers I use for my setup, one for level 12 and one at 36. I found mine in campaign but you can buy them.
Rings, I have 5 rare rings that I use during campaign, I found them on my first play trough but you can buy them. I prioritize Lightning dmg and Fire/Lightning Res.
Widowhail Start with the basic 
Lesser Desert Rune that can be used at level 1 and are cheap.
Tabula Rasa Needs jewels with Mov Speed and 1 dmg roll.
The rest of the gear you never change!

Disengage
Rake
For Bosses, switch Nova Projectiles for Chain III.
This tree is just an example, the build works on every class, you simply have to take Baisc Stats till you reach an area of the tree with Damage.
