Withered is a Debuff in Path of Exile 2.

Withered is a temporary stacking Debuff that makes an entity take increased Chaos Damage from all sources. The Withered Debuffs stacks up to 10 times by default and applying a new stack does not refresh the Duration of any existing stacks.
Each stack of Withered makes an entity take 5% increased Chaos Damage by default, so at the maximum of 10 stacks, an entity would take 50% increased Chaos Damage from all sources.
Note: modifiers that increase Damage Taken are applied late in the order of operations, after the mitigation phase.
The Duration of an applied stack of the Withered Debuff is based on the source. For example
Withering Presence applies the Withered Debuff every interval to any enemies in your Presence, lasting a base Duration of 6 seconds per stack, or 7 seconds with 20% Quality.
Each stack of Withered has its own independent Duration, and stacks will be removed independently upon expiring. Applying a new stack of the Withered Debuff from any source will not refresh the Duration of any existing stacks.
Withered Debuffs that are applied via Skills or Support Gems with the Duration tag, such as Withering Touch, can have their Duration extended by investing into modifiers to Skill Effect Duration.
The default Withered Debuff Magnitude is 5% increased Chaos Damage Taken. This can be improved with modifiers to Withered Magnitude, for example
Wither Away. These modifiers apply multiplicatively, for example '20% increased Withered Magnitude' would make a single stack of Withered cause 6% increased Chaos Damage Taken (5 * 1.2).
Monsters can apply Withered Debuffs on you, making you take increased Chaos Damage. You can invest into modifiers that make Withered have reduced effectiveness on you, such as
Distant Dreamer.
The Unique Body Armour
Cospri's Will makes it so that any Withered Debuffs you inflict have infinite Duration, and will never expire through normal means.
