Build Overview

Will_Smith is a very tanky character, very good for a league start but at the same time scaling nicely into end game.

It's very easy to get 75% (and 90% later) resistances as early as act 3 with this character, which will grant as smooth sailing early.

That automatically means that Will Smith is also not that gear reliant, so if you are unlucky with your drops it's not going to make or break your gameplay.

On top of that we can acquire mini Cloak of Flame due to our ascedancy passives, allowing us to get very decent physical damage protection as well.

At this point all we need to do is get some armour, capped chaos resistance and we have a very, very tanky character in front of us.

Offensively, in the end game we want to be using 2 2-handed weapons, which will provide massive amount of damage.

Additionally, we don't really need to spend that many passive points on the tree to increase defenses, which means that a lot of our passive points will be allocated to increase damage. It should be enough to comfortably fight pinnacle bosses.

Build Variants

You are supposed to switch to Giant's Blood and 2 2-handed weapons whenever you have enough strength to carry your weapons, i recommend level 70+

The order of spending ascendancy points that i recommend:
1. Coal Stoker
2. 75% fire resistance and 25% of physical damage from hits taken as fire damage
3. Forged in Flame
4. 15% increased life and 20% increased strength

How it Plays

Screen wide explosions using 1 or 2 buttons is the name of the game.

Very decent tankiness due to how defensive our ascendancy is, later on with better gear you should be able to easily clear t15+ maps without having to worry about dying.

How it Works

You support Leap Slam with Brink support, which prevents it from ever stunning the enemy, the stun buildup will still rise. That guarantees that you don't have to ever worry about not having Boneshatter ready to explode the pack (unless the monster dies from leap slam, but that shouldn't be an issue, you can even reduce it's damage with supports if that happens)

Later in the game (level 70+) after you swap spec into Avatar of Fire, Giant's Blood and 2 2-handed weapons, i recommend fully dropping Boneshatter and fully supporting Leap Slam. The damage and area we are going to have with Leap Slam will be enough to comfortably clear end game maps.
