Simple Build made around Twisted Empyrean Mace
About this Build
- Twisted Empyrean looks like cool weapon to try Mace build while playing Caster Class and stacking Mana. We also can get Legacy of Twisted Empyrean to get one of that Mace's mods, but it's unknown if we can socket it into same Unique
- Otherwise likely will use Legacy of
Hrimnor's Hymn that grant 25% Chance for Aftershock - Since
Aldur's Legacy is very expensive, budget options are either 
Greater Iron Rune or Extra Damage runes - Reason for doing it on Lich:
Necromantic Conduit and 
Blackened Heart to get Unholy Might which grant 30% of All Damage as Extra Chaos, which then increased by amount of Mana build has - Then going
Eldritch Battery by using 
Visage of Ayah to save a lot of points. Hopefully in 0.5 we will get something useful on Runeforged version of this Helmet - And going
Mind Over Matter to take all damage before life. Plus getting around 90% Mana Recoup from 
Midnight Braid, 
Adverse Growth and Recoup mod on Amulet to sustain Mana, aside of Mana Leech and Mana Regen - Using Embitter on every skill to not have damage spread between Cold and Chaos Damage, which makes
Elemental Weakness more effective. And ofcourse more Cold Damage - more Chill and Freeze. - Using
Giant's Blood to be able to use Shield, to get another source of Resists, plus reaching 50% Block is fairly easy - For Gear:
- Armor: ES, Life, Mana, Resists, Str/Int
- Jewellery: Mana, Life, Resists, Str/Int/Dex or All Attributes, Mana Regen
- Shield: Life, Resists, Block
- Jewels: Attack/Melee/Damage with Maces, Skill Manacost converted to Life, atleast 1 Jewel with Rage on Hit - At higher budget you can get Eldritch Battery from
Flesh Crucible, then Visage of Ayah can be changed for example to 
Mind of the Council which will grant Lightning Damage based on Mana just like weapon
Leveling
- Mace require Level 78 to use from known data, but could be lower because it's level requirement based on requirement of built in skill if it's higher than requirement of item itself, so possibly you can use fairly early on. But before that using more regular Mace build with Rare Maces
- Later will add Leveling setup with Mace
- Or you can try it as second build by leveling Lich with something more normal.
