This is a build relying on attack speed stacking via
Hollow Palm Technique and using the
Tempest Flurry forward animation to generate the fastest clearing speed you've ever seen.
Remember attribute stacking from 0.1? Yeah, this is faster.

This version of the build utilizes
Falling Thunder to 360 noscope all bosses in the game. The damage of this is unlimited, since we're using Culmination II - which when used in combination with a
Tempest Flurry hitting for 20+ attacks per second, is quickly stacked up for a quick kill.

Here's a search filter you can use for finding a great
Megalomaniac. Just set the count to 2: https://www.pathofexile.com/trade2/search/poe2/Rise%20of%20the%20Abyssal/glYG5VQghQ
The one I'm currently using is in the planner.
Swap out
Ingenuity for
Headhunter if you have it when mapping. If you want to use more rarity, then simply swap out the damage on your amulet first, then consider swapping out defences.
Olroth's Resolve is insanely good for defence as well. Using this as soon as you dip in life, you'll get a huge shield for your entire health pool. And since you're killing enemies all the time, you'll fill it back up again. Definitely worth the investment.
Rite of Passage is the Stag, get it if you can afford it (not mandatory at all). You can use this to forgo 30 % of your resistances, getting it from this one when mapping instead. But any
Rite of Passage will be better than no
Rite of Passage, that's what I usually say.
Support Gem Requirements:
Str 75
Dex 90
Int 20
Called Shots
Tempest Flurry
Herald of Thunder
Ghost Dance
Staggering Palm
Hand of Chayula
Wind Dancer
Charged Staff
Charge Regulation
Falling Thunder

Oneshot version:
We use
Hand of Chayula to gain power charges via combo here. Use the power charges to charge up your
Charged Staff and for bossing, you use it before your for a big wombo combo
Falling Thunder.
Other than that, it's the same as below.
Other versions:
1. Get Power charges by killing enemies and pressing
Reaper's Invocation. Use them on
Charged Staff.
2. Get your
Staggering Palm up by using it on enemies, dealing physical damage and stunning them. This will grant you a butt, shooting projectiles all over the place that deal solid damage as well as break enemy armour, for additional physical damage.
3. Hold down
Tempest Flurry
If you run into obstacles, just dodge roll through them.
We're stacking an insane amount of attack speed via
Hollow Palm Technique. This is done via our evasion. By going hybrid evasion and energy shield, it's also possible to scale crit via this passive.
Other than that, it also scales your damage directly via skill ranks. So you'll aim to get as many as possible via your gear.
For clear, we're using
Charged Staff - which you'll gain charges for by spamming
Reaper's Invocation after killing enemies or
Hand of Chayula depending on version. We're also using the projectiles from
Staggering Palm, which you'll charge up by punching enemies with
Staggering Palm, stunning them. The stun in itself comes from dealing physical damage - which is made even easier when combined with Uul-Netol's Embrace as it breaks their armour instantly for 20 % extra physical damage.
