Build Overview

This build utilizes Lightning Spear for screen wide clear, while having Wind Serpent's Fury and spending frenzy charges to one shot all bosses in the game. Probably the strongest build of the season.

Use this version while leveling. Here you use Lightning Spear for clear and Primal Strikes single target once the target is shocked.

The combo becomes:

**1.** Lightning Spear until shock

**2.** Primal Strikes 2 times

**3.** Repeat.

This is due to primal strikes third strike removing the shock.

**Good Jewels:**

1. You want one jewel with mana on kill.

2. Crit chance / Crit damage / Elemental damage / Attack speed. Grab the cheapest combination you can find.

3. If you need defensives, look for maximum energy shield.

How it Plays

**Clearing**:

Use Lightning Spear and enjoy your screen wide clears

**Bossing**:

1. Voltaic Mark to make sure the boss is shocked at all times

2. Get 7 Frenzy Charges via Spear Stab

3. Use 2x Infernal Cry for the extra fire damage and rage

4. Wind Serpent's Fury. It knocks the boss away, so try to aim it towards a wall or something

How it Works

Lightning Spear has insane amounts of clear this season. It splits and chains via Volt. Using frenzy charges, you also double its damage - making the ranger a fine choice to play, as it has the easiest access to frenzy charges out of all classes with Avidity and Thrilling Chase

The reason this build does huge amounts of single target is due to Wind Serpent's Fury in itself having a high base damage, but it also repeats itself once per frenzy charge. Thrilling Chase doubles this amount and you can get 7 charges from the passive tree.
