This is my Gas Arrow Guide for 0.2 - A relatively fast mapper with very high boss DPS for a league starter build.
Make sure to fill out your resist, you want 75% fire/cold/lightning resist. I left the suffixed empty here because it doesn't matter which pieces have the resist.
Death's Harp is usually extremely cheap, but if it's too expensive on league start then just use the highest DPS 
Dualstring Bow you can find. Death's Harp is your best in slot, so do try to get it as soon as possible.
Important: You need to use 
Radiant Grief or 
Flame Wall to explode your gas arrows.
You want the highest evasion chest you can find, it's massive for your evasion and therefore your defense. Going from 70 to 80% evasion is a huge difference.
For gloves/rings, you want as much flat damage to attacks as possible. It can be lightning, cold, fire or phys. This is pretty much where all of your damage comes from because your weapon pretty much has no dps.

Flame wall/orb of storms can stay at a low gem lvl to reduce the intelligence requirements.
use Concentrated Effect over Magnified Effect for higher boss damage.
Keep in mind this build was made before the 0.2 gems were revealed.
