Before you are able to craft a spear you can simply buy a spear with as much accuracy on prefixes as possible and put the 2 perfect essences on the suffixes for a basic spear to use until you can get the fracture.

Spear Crafting:

1. Obtain an Akoyan Spear with fractured accuracy as high as you can afford. You may need to fracture this yourself by buying a spear with T1 Accuracy, annul down to 3 mods and then use a desecration but DO NOT REVEAL IT. Then fracture for a 1 out of 3 chance.
2. Use Chaos Orbs until you hit T3+ Hybrid Accuracy Phys (t2+ is ideal but take what you can get).
3. Use an Omen of Dextral Exaltation to force a suffix onto the item with an Exalted Orb.
4. Use an Omen of Dextral Crystallisation to force a Perfect Essence of Abrasion to take off the suffix you just added.
5. Add 2 Suffixes with Exalted orbs. ONLY 2
6. Use Omens of Dextral Crystallisation and Perfect Essences of Haste/Battle until both mods are present.
7. Use an Omen of the Liege and apply a Preserved Jawbone to the item.
8. Activate an Omen of Abyssal Echoes just in case as there are 4 mods you can roll and unveil for Attack Speed/Companion Attack speed.
9. Divine the spear if the attack speed or other mods are very low.

Other Notes:

• Constricting Command MUST have 4 reduction for surround.
• Couture of Crimson doesn't need 3 sockets but it is very powerful.
• The rest of your gear must cover the following
• • Elemental Resistances +10 over max
  • Chaos Resist max
  • 1x Mana Leech
  • 1x Life Leech
  • As much Life as possible
  • As much Evasion as possible
  • As much Deflection chance as possible
  • Enough Spirit on your amulet to use the auras
  • Any other open suffixes should be attributes
