Build Overview

This Is A Day 1 Update For My Arc Stormweaver League Start Build Guide.

I Have Made It Through Act 4 And My Character Is Currently Level 55 (Top 50 Sorcs On POEninja At The Time Of Making This Guide) - I am CONFIDENT That My Build Will Not Change Significantly Between Now And Actually Starting Maps (Probably wont even change much before T15 Maps) And This Current Setup Will EASILY Allow You To Blast Through All 4 Acts And The 3 Interludes As Well.

Orb of Storms + Mana Tempest + Arc - Is Extremely Strong For Clearing, Simply Use Snap On The Shocked Dead Bodies After You Clear Every Pack To Refresh Your Lighting Infusions And It Becomes An Absolute Breeze :)

Strengths and Weaknesses

Super Satisfying Gameplay Loop When It Comes To Clearing - Only Downside Is Snap Very Rarely Gets Used For damag Which Is Sorta Lame IMO (This May Get Changed If I Move Snap To A Cast On Ailment Setup, But I Dont Think I Will Because Snap Currently Triggers All 3 Aspects Of Rising Tempest, Which Wont Happen If Its Getting Triggered)
Clear Is Amazing
Single Target Is Amazing (On Bosses That Dont Move Around Like Maniacs)
Combo Based Gameplay, NOT A ONE BUTTON BUILD

Bosses That Be Shmoovin Sorta Make You Want To Alt f4

This Is A Snapshot Of My Characters Current Gear (Level 55) - Obviously Not A Fully Ideal Setup - I Will Be Coming Out With A Full Trade Links Google Document Tomorrow But For Now Ive Included Some Of The Most Important Items Already -

PRIMARY OFFENSIVE STATS

1.) +Level Of Lightning/Spell Skills (Wand, Focus, Amulet)

2.) Cast Speed (Wand, Focus, Rings) - Can Get It On Amulet As Well But Id Prioritize Spell Levels On Amulet First

3.) Gain Damage As X Damage (Wand)

4.) Spell Damage/Lightning Damage

5.) Max Mana/Mana Regeneration

PRIMARY DEFENSIVE STATS

1.) Elemental Resistances

2.) Max Energy Shield/%Energy Shield (Flat Max Energy Shield Is Better If Youre Choosing Between The Two)

3.) Max Life

- MOVE SPEED IS KING OF COURSE

Feel Free To Swap Rapid Casting II Out For Unleash On Arc - Ive Tried Both And I Think It Comes Down To Personal Preference Mainly. However, If you have enough damage to one shot packs without the Extra Unleash Arcs then Rapid Casting Feels Better 100% IMO.

AOE/Clear Rotation

For Most Packs ---> 1x Orb of Storms, Mana Tempest, 1x Arc - That Should Kill Everything, if it doesnt then youre damage is probably a bit low due to gear or you just need more levels for more passive points - Right after you kill everything you should immediately Snap The Bodies that are shocked so you can get multiple lightning infusion for the next pack, then rinse and repeat.

For Big Packs Or Rares/Magics I pretty much do the same thing but Ill use 2x Orb of Storms

Boss/Single Target Rotation

Precast Sigil of Power And Elemental Weakness (Cursed Ground Lets Us Precast It) - You Can Even Stack Up Your Infusions In Advance With Frost Bomb And Orb Of Storms If You Are Struggling On A Particular Boss Like Jamanra (Act 2)

Once The Boss Is Attackable ---> Frost Bomb (This applies massive exposure), 2x Orb of Storms (MAKE SURE YOU STAND WITHIN THE ORB OF STORMS TO PROC THE EXTRA ZAPS), Mana Tempest, Spam Arc (Dont Go Fully OOM Though)

#1 Priority Is To Keep 2x Orb of Storms Up At All Times, Also Make Sure To Keep Exposure Up With Frost Bomb And Keep Your Curse Up 100% Of The Time - As Long As You Are Doing Those Three Things And Then Standing Inside Your Orb Of Storms And Pressing Arc You Will Melt The Boss.

IF YOU WANT TO GET FANCY, You Can Incorporate Firestorm With Infusions But I Think That Spell Is Just Massively Undertuned at the moment.
