Decorations are stat enhancements that can be applied to your item of choice, providing a unique bonus depending on the type of item (Weapon, Armor, Accessory) and material used.
In other games, this is commonly known as a socket system.
This feature unlocks once you've upgraded the Cube to level 8, but up until then, you'll have likely found some Decoration Materials already.
One important thing to know is that Decoration Materials can NOT be retrieved after use, so make sure to spend them wisely!
If you take a closer look, you can see that the stat bonuses each have a given range. When Decorating an item you'll receive a random value within, meaning RNG will ultimately decide the roll.
In order to Decorate an item it needs to have an Empty Slot available. Rare Grade gear comes with one Empty Slot, while Legendary Grade and above comes with two.
Common/Uncommon Grade gear do not have Decoration Slots.
