For this Sinking City 2 guide, I'm going to be showing you the locations of all the Ex Oblivione Documents throughout the game.
There are 8 Documents to find, and these can only be accessed when playing the New Game Plus, these will not be visible or collectible on your first playthrough.
I will be walking you through the locations of these documents in order, and as the game progresses. The first area (A New Day) does not contain any Ex Oblivione, so the starting place for collecting these will be The Wake Up Call.
Ex Oblivione Document Locations
The Wake Up Call
As soon as you make it into the apartment blocks and up the stairs to Apartment 5 and 6, before dropping back down from this floor, head into the kitchen of Apartment 6, on the countertop will be the first Ex Oblivione (The Loss Of Calvin Rafferty) to collect.
Keep progressing through the level until you are in the University. Once you make it to the top level above the reading hall, look to the right of the bookcase numbered 610 and the next Ex Oblivione (The Joys Of Discomfort) will be here to collect.
Keep progressing through the level until you make it to the Devils Reef Hotel, after turning off the poison gas in the basement, make your way back through the area and into the Linen Storage, you will have to make it into the Wine Cellar and squeeze through the gap in the wall to make it into the Linen Storage. To the right after entering, on a crate, will be the next Ex Oblivione (The Burden Of Knowledge) to collect.
A Sight For Sore Eyes
As soon as you exit the boat and make your way up the dirt track in the Asylum area, take a left to the picnic bench to find the next Ex Oblivione (The Pursuit Of The Unknown) to collect.
Keep progressing through the level until you have collected the Caduceus Key, backtrack to the locked door on the same level as the Observation Ward, head through the now unlocked door and into the first room on the right, the next Ex Oblivione (The View From Outside) is on the cabinet on the right.
Time And Tide
After obtaining the first Leyden Jar, make your way to the first Starfish, the room below West Gallery, and use the Leyden Jar to get through. After making it onto the small balcony, drop down on the left, and make your way over to the far left of the ground floor level. On a crate will be the next Ex Oblivione (The Mother Of Invention) to collect.
Keep progressing through the level until you make it back into the ship at the very end of the level. You will have passed the shallow water and made it back up the metal stairs. At the end of the corridor in a fallen locker will be the next Ex Oblivione (The Beauty Of Survival) to collect.
Cold Comfort
For the final Ex Oblivione, make your way through the level until you reach the Portal Room, at the back left of this area, next to an ERC Pen and Yellow Box, will be the final Document (The Son Of Cthylla) to collect.
