Pangzhen collectibles in Phantom Blade Zero include weapons, accessories, medicine, Memory Flowers, and upgrade fragments hidden throughout the town, rooftops, and underground passages.
Use the interactive map below to find collectible locations, then browse the sections by item type for directions from nearby bells and landmarks. Important keys, Quick Hand Zhang’s treasures, and collectible-related Tale objectives are also covered.
From the Abandoned Wine Cellar bell, follow the route through the buildings until you reach the opposite side of the shortcut gate and the first Blackstone Fragment chest.
Enter the building beside that chest and leave through its left-hand exit onto the rooftops. After the view overlooking the town, descend the roofs and climb the small wall on the left to reach the Amber Fragment chest.
Sha-Chi Amber Fragment 2
From the Pavilion of Knowledge Crossroads bell, climb the outdoor stairs beside the large pavilion and follow the upper path through the enemies.
At the next combat area, pass through the gap in the wall onto the balcony. Follow it around the building to find the chest at the end.
Sha-Chi Amber Fragment 3
From Myst’s Tavern, take the exit leading onto the rooftops. Follow the roofs until you reach a hole you can drop through.
After landing, turn around and enter the room behind you. Defeat the enemies and open the chest inside.
Sha-Chi Amber Fragment 4
From the Backstreet Rest bell, climb the stone stairs and follow the alley to the scratched wall. Climb into the buildings and continue until you reach an interior ladder.
The fragment is a purple pickup on the lower level near the ladder. Collect it before continuing upstairs.
Sha-Chi Amber Fragment 5
From the Narrow Alley Residence 2nd Floor bell, drop into the lower area and follow the path to the descending rope.
Ride the rope down, defeat the enemies at the bottom, and open the chest at the foot of the stairs.
Sha-Chi Amber Fragment 6
From the Green Serpent House bell, head left and descend into the nearby building. Defeat the enemies inside, then climb the stairs beside the doorway.
Follow the upper walkway around the room to reach the Amber Fragment.
Sha-Chi Amber Fragment 7
Requires the Heavy Lion Hall Gate Key. From the Lion Dance Hall bell, unlock the nearby entrance and defeat the enemies inside.
Continue through the opening at the back into the garden containing a Memory Flower. Enter the building beyond the garden, climb its stairs, and follow the upper floor to the opening on the left.
Drop into the courtyard below, clear the enemies, and search the back of the area for the chest.
Sha-Chi Amber Fragment 8
From the Pangzhen Docks bell, turn towards the building reached by the nearby stairs.
Enter it, climb to the upper floor, and look to the right for the chest.
Blackstone Fragments
Blackstone Fragment 1
From the Abandoned Wine Cellar bell, descend the stairs and follow the path left through the enemy courtyards. Climb the next stairs, open the orange-lit double doors, and continue through the building.
Climb the wall beyond the interior, turn left through the garden, and follow the building around to the chest beside the locked shortcut gate.
Open the gate to reconnect this area with the bell, then collect the fragment from the chest.
Blackstone Fragment 2
From the Marketplace bell, enter the building directly ahead, where a Memory Flower is on the ground floor.
Climb the stairs and defeat the enemy upstairs. Step onto the balcony and drop through the nearby gap to the lower ledge containing the chest.
Blackstone Fragment 3
From the Huang Manor Crossroads bell, follow the street towards the arena where you fight Cavalrybane.
In the arena, find the seating area and covered balcony along the side. Take the passage to the left of that balcony, defeat the enemies, and open the chest at the end.
Blackstone Fragment 4
At the Backstreet Rest bell, remain on the same level and defeat the nearby group of enemies.
One of them drops the Blackstone Fragment when the encounter is cleared.
Blackstone Fragment 5
From the Backstreet Rest bell, climb the stairs, follow the alley, and scale the scratched wall into the buildings.
Continue past the lower-floor Amber Fragment pickup, climb the interior ladder, and emerge into the next outdoor passage. Defeat the enemies along this passage to receive the Blackstone Fragment.
Blackstone Fragment 6
From the Green Serpent House bell, grapple onto the nearby building and climb the ladder to the rooftop Memory Flower.
Enter the wooden passage behind the flower. Descend, climb the marked wall, crouch beneath the low opening, and follow the passage left to the wooden ramp.
Drop into the courtyard at the end and defeat the enemies to receive the fragment.
Blackstone Fragment 7
Requires the Heavy Lion Hall Gate Key. From the Lion Dance Hall bell, climb the nearby stairs and unlock the hall entrance.
Defeat the enemies inside. The fragment is awarded after clearing the encounter.
Blackstone Fragment 8
Requires Flaming Mane to reach this part of the town. From the Mirage Estate bell, turn away from the stairs leading towards the blocked estate entrance.
Drop from the other side of the bell’s platform onto the rooftop below. Open the chest on the roof to collect the fragment.
Weapons and Phantom Edges
Fire Meteor
From the South Gate Bridge bell, cross the open courtyard, pass through the archway, and climb the stairs to the boss arena.
Defeat Blaze, Shadow Warden Captain, and complete the encounter to receive Fire Meteor.
From the Huang Manor Crossroads bell, follow the main street beneath the red ribbons towards the large combat area.
Defeat Cavalrybane, Elite Shadow Warden, and the accompanying enemies to receive Armybreaker.
Wolfjaw
From the Backstreet Archway bell, climb the stairs directly ahead into the large open arena.
Defeat Wu Xuan, the Fallen General, to receive Wolfjaw.
You Loong’s Deluge
From the Green Serpent House bell, enter the building down the stairs on the left. Clear the enemies and leave through the doors beyond the interior.
Pass the Memory Flower outside, turn left, and descend the stairs into the flooded arena. Defeat You Loong, Leader of the Blackwater Crew, to receive You Loong’s Deluge.
This Phantom Edge lets you extinguish the fires blocking several collectible routes.
Thunder Spear
From the Ancestral Shrine Square bell, continue down the slope into the arena.
Complete the encounter with Chang Hong to receive Thunder Spear.
Flaming Mane
From the Lion Dance Hall Depths bell, take the route on the right and continue across the battlefield. Interact with the painting to begin the encounter with the Mask-Bound Lion Dance Grandmaster.
Defeat him to obtain the Dormant Flaming Mane. It must be repaired before you can use it.
Travel to Jingyang Hall, open the large red gates, and cross the bridge on the right. Speak to Lei Dang inside to repair Flaming Mane, allowing you to burn the branches blocking additional routes.
Goldblaze
Collect the four Pangzhen treasures listed in Quick Hand Zhang’s Treasures, then travel to Zhang’s Hideout in Pangzhen.
Drop through the opening beside the bell and speak to Zhang below. Hand over the complete treasure collection to receive Goldblaze.
Parting Hooks
From the Dockside Warehouse bell, cross the wooden platform and drop into the next area. Climb the stairs into the courtyard.
Defeat Soulclaimer, Elite Shadow Warden, and the accompanying enemies to receive Parting Hooks.
Accessories
Flameward
From the South Gate Bridge bell, enter the open courtyard and defeat the enemies.
Find the raised balcony on the right-hand side as you enter the area. Climb the steps and open the chest beside the building.
Crimson Resolve
Requires progressing Young Master Lan’s Tale in the Village of Lu. Find him across from the Pavilion of Knowledge Crossroads bell and speak to him to receive the Lan Manor Key.
Rest at the bell, then return to Lan and defeat the enemies surrounding him. Speak to him again, enter the manor gate, and exhaust the dialogue with the person inside to receive Crimson Resolve.
Manor Medicine Pot
Requires the Huang Manor Key from Myst’s Tavern. Unlock the door beside the Huang Manor Crossroads bell and collect all four Medicine Pot Fragments inside:
Chain: Follow the ground-floor rooms to the lit area containing the first fragment.
Handle: At the foot of the stairs, enter the room on the right and collect the fragment from the table.
Body: Climb upstairs and collect the golden pickup against the wall.
Lid: Continue through the upper rooms to the Memory Flower, then descend the nearby stairs and collect the final fragment at the corner.
Collecting all four pieces forms the Manor Medicine Pot.
Dance Fan
Speak to the Leading Opera Actress in the middle of Myst’s Tavern to begin her request.
Obtain the Tianxiang Pavilion Key, enter the pavilion, and climb to its upper balcony. Speak to the dancer and collect the Tattered Dance Fan she leaves behind.
Return to the actress in Myst’s Tavern and hand over the fan. Exhaust her dialogue to receive the Dance Fan accessory.
Congeal Talisman
From the Narrow Alley Residence 2nd Floor bell, retrace the path through the house and descend the wooden stairs into the alley below.
Search the far end of the alley for the chest containing Congeal Talisman.
Thunderward
From the Green Serpent House bell, turn left and descend the stairs into the nearby building.
Defeat the enemies inside and open the chest at the back of the room.
Blessed Jade Pendant
Requires progressing Yu’er’s Flesh Lily Tale. From the Yu’er’s House bell, enter the house and continue into the second room.
Speak to Yu’er’s father on the bed to receive the Blessed Jade Pendant. If the reward dialogue does not trigger immediately, leave the house and enter again.
Formless Divine Mirror
Requires Flaming Mane to reach the area. At the Back Hill Pavilion bell, look across to the covered gazebo on the opposite side of the path.
Open the chest underneath the canopy to collect the accessory.
Bells
Hidden Storehouse
Unlocks automatically when you first arrive in Pangzhen’s underground passage.
Abandoned Wine Cellar
From Hidden Storehouse, follow the underground tunnel past the explosive enemies.
The bell is directly outside the tunnel exit.
South Gate Bridge
From the Abandoned Wine Cellar area, follow the main route through the buildings and onto the rooftops.
Descend through the rooftop encounters until you find a hole in a roof. Drop inside, follow the red corridor, and activate the bell when you emerge onto the street.
Jingyang Hall
After defeating Blaze, continue past the Crimson Flesh Lily on the steps.
Follow the path around to the left into the small courtyard. The bell is beside the hall entrance.
Marketplace
From Jingyang Hall, enter the building opposite the bell and climb through it. Leave onto the rooftop, follow the building’s edge, and drop onto the steps below.
Turn right and climb the long staircase. The bell is near the top, slightly to the left.
Huang Manor Crossroads
From the Marketplace bell, climb the stairs leading farther uphill through the town.
Defeat the enemies at the upper junction to access the bell on the right.
Pavilion of Knowledge Crossroads
From Huang Manor Crossroads, continue to the short story scene, then take the stairs on the right.
The bell is at the top, near the route to Young Master Lan and the large pavilion.
Myst’s Tavern
From Cavalrybane’s arena, enter the building filled with tables and continue to the covered area behind it.
Break the pots to reveal a crank. Use it to open the floor, descend the stairs, and follow the underground passage to Myst.
The bell is in the adjoining corridor beyond the meeting room.
South Town Pond
From Myst’s Tavern, leave onto the rooftops and follow the route through the roof opening near the Amber Fragment chest.
Continue across the roofs and descend to street level. In the next enemy area, take the left-hand route towards the bridge and drop down to the bell.
Backstreet Archway
From South Town Pond, climb the short stairs behind the bell and follow the route left back into the upper streets.
Pass through the large red doors. After the transition, the bell is ahead on the left.
Zhang’s Hideout in Pangzhen
From Wu Xuan’s arena, cross to the building on the opposite side from the treasure route.
Climb through it, clear the enemies in the red-lit area, and enter the building on the left. The bell is inside, above the opening leading down to Zhang’s shop.
Backstreet Rest
From Zhang’s Hideout, return outside and cross the wooden platforms to the lower open area.
Turn right and climb the long staircase. The bell is at the top.
Narrow Alley Residence 2nd Floor
From Backstreet Rest, climb the stairs and follow the alley to the scratched wall. Enter the buildings, climb the interior ladder, and continue through the upper passage.
After the outdoor enemy encounters, take the wooden stairs on the left into the next house. The bell is inside.
Pond of Fading Song
From the Narrow Alley Residence 2nd Floor bell, descend to the rope and ride it down.
Continue past the building containing the Carved-Edge Inkstone and Memory Flower. Return to the street, descend the steps, and follow the path left to the bell before the next boss.
Well of Wei Sanchuan
Defeat Gu Wanyue near the Pond of Fading Song bell, then descend the well in her arena.
Follow the underground stairs and ladder past the Memory Flowers and key pickup. Continue climbing through the passage to reach the bell beside another staircase.
Green Serpent House
From the Well of Wei Sanchuan bell, climb the stairs back into daylight and defeat the boss at the top.
Leave the arena through the descending route and follow the stairs into the next district. After the scene showing the large green building, the bell is immediately on the right.
Lion Dance Hall
From the flooded arena where you fought You Loong, return up the stairs towards the town.
Take the alley on the left and clear the enemies. The bell is in this area beside the route to the locked hall entrance.
Ancestral Shrine Square
From the Lion Dance Hall bell, follow the street and grapple up onto the bridge.
Turn left, pass the Memory Flower, and continue down the slope. The bell is partway down, before Chang Hong’s arena.
Yu’er’s House
After defeating Chang Hong, cross the arena and pass through the gate leading towards Yu’er’s house.
Activate the bell outside the house before entering.
Lion Dance Hall Depths
Requires the Heavy Lion Hall Gate Key. Enter the locked hall near the Lion Dance Hall bell and clear the enemies.
Continue through the garden and adjoining building. Climb upstairs, drop into the courtyard on the left, and follow the steps at the back uphill to the bell.
The Sealed Lion
Defeat the Mask-Bound Lion Dance Grandmaster beyond Lion Dance Hall Depths.
The bird bell is on the right side of the area after the encounter.
Back Hill Pavilion
Requires Flaming Mane. From the Pond of Fading Song bell, follow the path left and turn right when you reach the water.
Burn the branches blocking the route, climb the stairs on the right, and continue around to the bridge. Cross it to find the bell on the right.
Pangzhen Slums
From Back Hill Pavilion, cross back over the bridge and take the left-hand route. Grapple across the gap and follow the rooftops down to the chest containing the Backstreet Cellar Crank.
Lower the nearby ladder, descend past the Memory Flower, and continue down the steps. The bell is at the end of the walkway.
Old Man Gen’s House
From the Pangzhen Slums bell, climb the ladder on the right and enter the house above.
Cross the platform, climb the scratched wall, and follow the upper route left through the gateway. The bell is ahead, outside Old Man Gen’s house.
Mandate Lodgings
Requires Flaming Mane. From the Pavilion of Knowledge Crossroads bell, climb the stairs beside the bell and turn left.
Burn the branches and follow the rising platforms and rooftops. Climb the scratched wall, grapple across the gap, and enter the building ahead. The bell is in the room on the right.
Dockside Warehouse
From the Mandate Lodgings bell, climb the wall at the back of the same room.
Continue over the rooftops, grapple across the gap, and defeat the enemies on the far side. Descend to the wooden platform containing the bell.
Pangzhen Docks
From the Dockside Warehouse bell, descend into the next courtyard and defeat Soulclaimer.
Continue through the route beyond the arena to reach the docks. The bell is beside the path after the short scene.
Mirage Estate
Requires Flaming Mane. From the Huang Manor Crossroads bell, follow the street beneath the red ribbons into Cavalrybane’s former arena.
Climb the stairs on the right, pass the Memory Flower, and burn the branches blocking the route. Continue up the stairways past another Memory Flower to find the bell on the right.
The estate entrance farther uphill remains inaccessible at this stage.
Memory Flowers
Memory Flower 1
From the Marketplace bell, enter the building directly ahead.
Defeat the enemy on the ground floor and interact with the Memory Flower inside.
Memory Flower 2
From the Huang Manor Crossroads bell, follow the street into the short story scene.
Continue straight ahead and slightly left to collect the flower before taking the stairs on the right towards Pavilion of Knowledge Crossroads.
Memory Flower 3
From Cavalrybane’s arena, pass through the archway and climb the stairs on the right.
Defeat the enemies at the top and collect the flower in the back-left corner.
Memory Flower 4
Requires the Huang Manor Key. Enter the manor beside the Huang Manor Crossroads bell and climb to the upper floor.
After passing the golden Medicine Pot Fragment pickup, continue through the room on the left and follow the adjoining rooms around. The flower is in the back room on the left.
Memory Flower 5
From the Narrow Alley Residence 2nd Floor bell, take the rope down to the area containing an Amber Fragment chest.
Climb the stairs beside that chest and enter the building containing the Carved-Edge Inkstone. The Memory Flower is immediately to the right of the treasure.
Memory Flower 6
Defeat Gu Wanyue beyond the Pond of Fading Song bell.
Drop down the well in her arena. The flower is at the bottom, before the route continues through the underground passage.
From the bottom of Gu Wanyue’s well, follow the stairs and climb the ladder into the next chamber.
Defeat the enemies and collect the blue Memory Flower. The Mandate Encampment Outer Gate Key is immediately to its left.
Memory Flower 8
Enter the Green Serpent House and climb to the upper floor.
Leave through the upper exit to find the Memory Flower just outside.
Memory Flower 9
From the Green Serpent House bell, use the chain traversal point on the nearby building.
Climb the ladder to the top and collect the flower at the back, beside the entrance to the wooden passage.
Memory Flower 10
From the Green Serpent House bell, head left and descend into the building containing the Thunderward chest.
Defeat the enemies and leave through the doors that open after the encounter. The flower is directly outside, before the stairs leading down towards the flooded arena.
Memory Flower 11
From the Lion Dance Hall bell, follow the street and grapple onto the bridge.
Turn left, defeat the enemies, and collect the flower before continuing down towards Ancestral Shrine Square.
Memory Flower 12
Requires the Heavy Lion Hall Gate Key. Unlock the hall near the Lion Dance Hall bell and defeat the enemies inside.
Pass through the opening in the back wall into the garden. The flower is beside the small pond.
Memory Flower 13
From Back Hill Pavilion, cross the bridge and take the left-hand route across the rooftops.
Descend to the chest containing the Backstreet Cellar Crank, then lower the ladder beside it. The flower is directly below the ladder.
Memory Flower 14
Requires the Backstreet Cellar Crank. From the Old Man Gen’s House bell, leave through the gate and use the crank on the nearby mechanism.
Descend into the cellar and follow the passage through the enemies. At the far end, climb the ladder and defeat the enemy at the top.
The Memory Flower is on this upper landing, where you also obtain Merciful Dew.
Memory Flower 15
Requires Flaming Mane. From the Huang Manor Crossroads bell, pass through Cavalrybane’s former arena and climb the stairs on the right.
Burn the branches beyond the earlier Memory Flower and continue uphill. The next flower is on the left beside one of the staircases, before the Mirage Estate bell.
Medicine
Everflow
From the Well of Wei Sanchuan bell, follow the stairs upwards until you emerge outside.
Defeat Xie Qiudong, the Divine Healer, and the enemies in the encounter to receive Everflow.
Green Serpent Brew
From the Green Serpent House bell, enter the large green building and speak to Xie Huichun.
Continue the conversation to receive Green Serpent Brew. You can also upgrade your medicine here.
Merciful Dew
Requires the Backstreet Cellar Crank. Use the mechanism near Old Man Gen’s House to open the underground route.
Follow the cellar passage to the ladder at its far end. Climb it and defeat the enemy at the top to obtain Merciful Dew beside the Memory Flower.
Quick Hand Zhang’s Treasures
Collect these four treasures and return them to Quick Hand Zhang at his Pangzhen hideout to receive Goldblaze.
Tiger Paperweight
Requires the Tianxiang Pavilion Key. Enter the lantern-covered pavilion with the large red doors near Cavalrybane’s arena.
Clear the ground floor, climb the stairs, and enter the back room on the next level. Defeat the enemy guarding the chest and collect the treasure.
Ink Stick
From Wu Xuan’s arena, take the route on the right into the building behind the arena.
Climb its stairs, leave through the back, and continue up the outdoor staircase. Enter the room at the top and collect the green-glowing treasure.
Carved-Edge Inkstone
From the Narrow Alley Residence 2nd Floor bell, take the descending rope to the lower street.
Climb the stairs beside the Amber Fragment chest and enter the building on the left. The treasure is inside, immediately beside a Memory Flower.
Jade Brush Rest
Requires You Loong’s Deluge. From the Marketplace bell, descend the nearby stairs to the doorway blocked by fire.
Extinguish the flames, enter the passage, and turn right. Use the chain traversal point to reach the rooftops, then climb across the roofs towards the back of the area.
Defeat the enemy guarding the chest and collect the treasure.
Keys and Other Important Items
Crimson Flesh Lily
After defeating Blaze, collect the Crimson Flesh Lily from the steps immediately beyond the arena.
Pick it up before continuing towards Jingyang Hall.
Lan Manor Key
Requires progressing Young Master Lan’s Tale in the Village of Lu. From the Pavilion of Knowledge Crossroads bell, approach Lan across the street.
Speak to him to receive the key. Rest at the bell and return to continue the events at his manor.
Pavilion of Knowledge Rooftop Key
From the Pavilion of Knowledge Crossroads bell, enter the large pavilion through its red doors.
Climb through the building, defeating the enemies on each floor. Use the chain traversal point and climb the shelving to reach the top level.
Defeat the enemy upstairs to obtain the Rooftop Key, then use it on the door in the same room.
The rooftop conversation connects to Four Fierce Axes, but its reward is not collected during this route.
Huang Manor Key
Enter the main room of Myst’s Tavern and find the women standing near the middle.
Speak to the seated man just to their left to receive the key. It opens Huang Manor beside the Huang Manor Crossroads bell, giving access to the Medicine Pot Fragments and a Memory Flower.
Tianxiang Pavilion Key
Speak to the Leading Opera Actress in Myst’s Tavern to begin her request.
Return to Cavalrybane’s arena and enter the side passage containing the incense burners. Interact with the offering point and use the item from the actress, then defeat the enemies that appear.
Collect the key and use it on the nearby pavilion with the lanterns and large red doors.
Mandate Encampment Outer Gate Key
After defeating Gu Wanyue, descend the well and follow the underground stairs and ladder.
Clear the enemies in the next chamber. Collect the orange-glowing key immediately to the left of the Memory Flower.
Heavy Lion Hall Gate Key
After completing the encounter with Chang Hong and visiting Yu’er’s house, return to the boss courtyard.
Defeat the new enemies that appear to obtain the key. Take it back to the locked entrance beside the Lion Dance Hall bell.
Backstreet Cellar Crank
Requires Flaming Mane to reach the Back Hill Pavilion route. From the Back Hill Pavilion bell, cross back over the bridge and turn left.
Grapple across the gap and follow the rooftops, descending through the enemy groups. Open the chest on the lower platform to obtain the crank, then lower the nearby ladder.
The crank opens the underground passage near Old Man Gen’s House.
Dusty Old Wooden Comb
Requires Old Man Gen’s house key from the Village of Lu. From the Old Man Gen’s House bell in Pangzhen, enter the house and examine the woman inside to collect the comb.
Travel back to Old Man Gen’s Hideout in the Village of Lu and speak to him to complete this part of his Tale.
From the flooded arena where you defeated You Loong, cross to the far side using the wooden walkways.
Continue past the enemies to the Banyan Tree and interact with it to enter the challenge. Complete the encounter to receive a Banyan’s Heart.
Scarecrow
From the Old Man Gen’s House bell, follow the descending street away from the house.
Continue down the stairways to the bottom of the hill and clear the enemies around the scarecrow. Interact with it and complete the challenge to obtain Leiting’s Thunder Mask.
