Fire Prelates (Flaming-Head version) spawn inside erupting volcanic craters in Elden Ring Nightreign. This returning enemy from Elden Ring wields a giant hammer and can ignite the vessel on their head to spit out fireballs all around them.
The Hammer attacks can be easily dodged through since they’re very slow, and a hit-and-run tactic is also viable. When flames come out of its head, avoid standing near them for too long, as it can prove deadly since the flames deal damage and stagger players hit.
Consider fighting Fire Monk (Fire Prelate) at level 3+.
