• Godslayer Crown is needed for grouping enemies for Flickerstep
  • You can also run Crown of Lucion and Kry if you have a Mana on Mastery Seal. Maybe consider Godslayer Crown then.
• Enigma is needed for Flickerstep Ultimate Cooldown Reduction
• Sunderfrost Aspect gloves for damage
• Mage-Lord's Aspect for damage reduction, procced by Familiar: Fast As Lightning
• Flickerstep for reducing ultimate cooldown
• Orsivane for damage and free enchantments
• Shanar's Resonance the primary damage scalar for Deep Freeze
• Aspect of Armageddon for damage scaling
  • Aspect of Biting Cold or Aspect of Shredding Blades Kullean Transfig
• Signet of Pelghain for ramping up damage on enemies each time Deep Freeze: Bonechill removes their cooldown. can also be used as your charm
• Aspect of Frozen Memories is a flex slot, but because enemies are perma frozen... we likey
• Splinter of Hellfire for damage
• Splinter of the Black Soulstone for damage
• Flex Splinter of Pain & Splinter of the Mother for last slot
  • Don't care about move speed because just teleport

Phoba of the Threefold is ran because Phoba of the Frozen Sea's 2 set only applies to Direct Damage. This build is Cold Damage over time.

Mana on Mastery isn't necessary, but because we have

Hellfire Torch: If you don't have it use Berú of the Threefold

• Hellfire Torch is a Mythic Charm from a quest that can act as +1 to Phoba of the Threefold 5 set, letting you drop your worst charm for it.
• You must equip the Hellfire Torch charm first, then it will allow you to slot in Tal Rasha's Iridescent Loop. You cannot equip Hellfire Torch while you have a Unique Charm already slotted.
