Tier Build - A (Can Clear Pit 100)

This build has been MASSIVELY Nerfed into the ground due to further changed from the PTR that have made every Shock Based build nearly incapable of clearing a Tier 90 Pit. So let's talk about them before you continue with the guide.

The changes made in PTR do not reflect what made it to live due to Blizzard never explicitly stating the exact numeric "changes" made to Boundless Unstable Currents or Aspect of Overwhelming Currents.

Boundless Unstable Currents can no longer have its cooldown reduced my any means other than flat cooldown reduction and the Crackling Energy pick-ups while it is active. This means Cooldown Reduction Hydra cannot lower the cooldown of Unstable Currents while it is active any longer. Even with 50% cooldown reduction and Max Attack Speed, and +35 Ranks into Unstable Currents we cannot upkeep permanent Unstable Currents uptime.

Boundless Unstable Currents has had the duration of the currents reduced massively, meaning with 35 Ranks into Unstable Currents, it is only active for 16 seconds rather than the +30 seconds from S13.

Boundless Unstable Currents has had it's damage per stack reduced from 15%[x] per stack to 4%[x] per stack that ONLY effects Crackling Energy Damage.

Aspect of Overwhelming Currents has had it's "frequently" definition changed from a "chance" to a maximum of 30 stacks over the 4 second duration. This is 90% at maximum value, but scales down to an average of 45%[x] due to taking the average damage multiplier. There are now much better options to run as an aspect.
