Build Overview

Ball Lightning received a great QOL buff going into S15 and can now be cast while moving. Pair this with Splinter of the Mother and you are permanently moving unhindered while casting. Sick

B+ Tier, not as strong as Blizzard, Meteor, or Firewall
This build should be able to get Glyphs to like 135 without crazy Transfigurations before it starts to become a nightmare, given you are using the Mephisto Splinter with increased glyph upgrade chance.
It can do T12 mephisto relatively easily. It's just going to need full mythics to get to that "relatively easy point". Given this is a B tier build, that's the way she goes.

Wild Lightning Set

Phoba of Wild Lightning 5 piece provides an average damage increase of 505% or 6.05x
This set is all damage, no quality of life at all

Threefold Option (Less Damage, More Quality of Life)

Phoba of the Threefold is 4x damage on average (The 100% or 2x multiply into each other for 4x)
Threefold provides 30% all resistance and you can get a Seal with Mana on Mastery Trigger
You then take points out of Frost Nova & Ball Lightning for
- Firewall: Wildfire, Firewall: Healing, Firewall: Weaken
- Meteor: Air Burst, Meteor: Immobilize, Meteor: Overpower
- Blizzard: Exposure, Blizzard: Barrier, Blizzard: Seek and Duration Bonus

Charm Options

Banished Lord's Talisman got a rework and now provides you with 100% or 2x damage for 8 seconds after consuming an overpower (130% or 2.3x if mythic) Also grants 4 overpower after spending 275 mana (Tasty)
Thundergod's Blessing provides 25% more armor via granting resolve stacks and averages 75% or 1.75x damage (90% or 1.9x if Mythic)
Godslayer Crown deals next to no damage but it's absolutely insane for grouping mobs

Inferno to generate 6 overpower for Blaze Teleport free casts
Frigid Hydra Hydra is casted to apply vulnerable with Aspect of Shredding Blades and reduce cooldowns/heal you
Ice Armor use it when you need a barrier or for unstoppable
Blaze Teleport used for mobility and ferocity generation with Ferocity Teleport
1. Casting consumes 1 overpower and refunds the charge
Familiar: Fast As Lightning for further cooldown reduction and vulnerable application with Aspect of Shredding Blades

what do u think about use Lord Banished Amulet with FoF gloves on Unstable version? And Mad Idol Charm to burst damage/move speed?

Is there a way to mitigate that stun from the splinter of the mother? It's killed me a couple of times because there was too much stuff on the ground or I couldn't get out of the way of elite mobs.
I'd also take an alternative that might not let me have 100% uptime on unhindered.
