Charged Bolts is a shock skill so it can abuse 
Boundless Unstable Currents. Enjoy.
Plays very similar to all other shock builds currently.

Ferocity Unstable Currents. Ferocity is ran for Surging Charge Charged Bolts
There is a bug that does not let you select Overpower Meteor and 
Crackling Energy Ball Lightning at the same time. So Overpower Meteor takes priority as overpower grants 15%[x] damage per stack and resets our Blaze Teleport.
You can run 
Implosion Ball Lightning or 
Orbital Ball Lightning (Pros/Cons to both)
- Implosion generally casts in front of you and makes crackling energy more immediately and easier to pick up
- Orbital deals more damage, but the crackling will spawn behind you if you are moving
Spam Charged Bolts
- 
Ferocity Ball Lightning will be created during Unstable Currents that will increase the number of bolts with Surging Charge Charged Bolts. (Ferocity Ball Lightning gives us ferocity)
Keep Boundless Unstable Currents up by picking up crackling
- The more you grab, the more damage you deal and the less cooldown it has when it is over
Spam Blaze Teleport for crackling energy creation in-between attacks
- You will create Overpower Meteor's from 
Berú of the Threefold 5 set that let you reset Blaze Teleport's charge when you have overpower
Cast Ice Armor for barrier and unstoppable
Cast Flame Shield for immunity frames
Cast 
Cooldown Reduction Hydra if you fall short on your Boundless Unstable Currents reset.
-Just sit and wait for it to reset your ultimate then go again.
- If you have no issues with Cooldown run 
Ice Blades with 
Cooldown Reduction Ice Blades, 
Frozen Tomb Ice Blades, and 
Duration Bonus Ice Blades (more conj for Fractured Winterglass)
Basically you spam teleport and charged bolts and hose enemies. Boundless Unstable Currents does all the heavy lifting.
Boundless Unstable Currents scales your damage to the moon. Pick up crackling to scale damage/reset it's cooldown.
Fractured Winterglass regens your mana and grants damage/damage reduction
What is Ferocity?
- Ferocity Ball Lightning lets us get up to 4 stacks of ferocity that each grant 5% attack speed and release an additional charged bolt with Surging Charge Charged Bolts
- Ferocity Unstable Currents increases the max ferocity to 6 for 30% attack speed
- While at 6 Ferocity we release 12 Charged Bolts per cast, and unstable current or enchantment proc
What is Overpower?
- Overpower Meteor makes overpower stacks (up to 4 max) that grant 15%[x] damage per stack
- Think of it like an additional damage aspect, that is also good for giving us a crazy amount of Blaze Teleport's while we are in the thick of it
