Glacial Spike Ice Shards are actually kinda dope. Glacial is chosen first because it's Chonky af and cool, and second because it just mobs better due to the AoE it has. Additionally, it actually gains a lot from 
Hail of Verglas granting it 
Piercing Cold Ice Shards.
I expected this build to be utterly terrible C tier, and I was pleasantly surprised when I cleared a 120 pit with it using 
Azurewrath and 
Signet of Pelghain. Approved. Can prolly do 125.
Aspect of Biting Cold Kullean transfig on amulet Aspect of Shredding Blades is a good secondBlood-Mad Idol exists for 250% damage (Awful to use)
The 
Seal with Mana per Mastery skill isn't really necessary on this build. 
Ice Shards has a low base mana cost at 15 and 
Static Surge should be enough. A 6 slot with Crit Chance is very good.
Glacial Spike Ice Shards just blam this into enemies
Overpower Inferno for 6 stacks for

Fast As Lightning Familiar for some cooldown reduction, mainly for 
Aspect of Elemental ConstellationIce Armor for unstoppable and barrierBlaze Teleport ... Gotta go fast
Flash Flame Shield for 3 overpower, and sadly is shock for Aspect of Elemental Constellation
Barrier Frozen Orb for ... barriers to keep you from taking health damage
Behemoth Hydra for cooldown reduction and healingNote: Enchantment Master works correctly for Frost skills and you need alternate elements for 100% damage. For Shock and Fire builds you need the same element.

7/1/26 - guide tweaked. added second frost enchant cuz Enchantment Master is bugged backwards and you need to double up for 100%. Swapped Deep Freeze for overpower inferno for Blaze Teleport resets
7/6/26 - build updated to feel snappier and have more immediate damage for helltide farming. Azurewrath Signet of Pelghain removed off all variants except for the Tower push one.
7/19/26 - build complete. Glacial Spike Ice Shards was the winner. A lot changed. Sorry folks, took a lot of time off last season.
7/19/26 - had to update enchantments and skill trees... Frost works correctly with Enchantment Master, only Lightning and Fire need to double up on elements for 100%. I am annoyed. Removed
