I tested a few unique charms, and 
Paingorger's Gauntlets seemed the best. They actually critically strike now which bolsters 
Aspect of Overwhelming Currents. You can get like 400 stacks its dope.
Berú of the Threefold set is ran because it provides defense, and 2x damage
- It also auto creates Overpower Meteor which will boost our damage by 60% with 4 stacks of overpower
- Overpower also allows to us to spam Blaze Teleport and make crackling with 
Crackling Energy Teleport

How it Plays
Spam Arc Lash
Keep Boundless Unstable Currents up by picking up crackling
Spam Blaze Teleport like 2 times when you have overpower for crackling energy creation and to group enemies
Cast Ice Armor for barrier and unstoppable
Cast Flame Shield for immunity frames
Cast 
Cooldown Reduction Hydra if you fall short on your Boundless Unstable Currents reset.
Just sit and wait for it to reset your ultimate then go again.
How it Works
Boundless Unstable Currents scales your shock skill damage and reduces its own cooldown per crackling energy charged picked up. Its duration is increased with ranks so you stack shock skill ranks.
That is the whole loop. Collect crackling during Unstable to ensure it's reset after it expires and to scale your damage to the moon.
