The general concept is you spam 
Air Burst Meteor and 
Resource Damage Bonus Meteor spend a bajillion mana and proc 
Behemoth Hydra enchant a lot. You use the Seal with the mana regen on mastery cast affix to get like 70 mana back per cast cuz it counts the meteorites too.

The Seal is very important because of the mana regen. So important you would drop 
Emberfury and use a 5 slot charm for it.
Air Burst Meteor spam it. Spends mana. Procs Hydra Enchant and makes Hydras from

Blaze Teleport use for movement. gets free charges with overpower stacksUse all of these off cooldown, maybe save Ice Armor when you need a barrier/unstoppable
Hydra enchant. Actually the Main Damage of the build. Procs every 154 mana spent
