If you have GA Damage over time [x] with masterwork on every single piece, you gain a slight damage increase by having GA vulnerable dmg with masterwork hit on gloves over GA dot[x] with MW. Just the way the buckets work. The DoT[x] buckets gets super big and the increase the Vuln[x] bucket edges it out.

Vuln[x] is another
All Damage and Lightning [x] are another
It's a small increase and lowkey wouldn't worry about it. When in doubt hammer DoT[x]

Fer of the Threefold set. Fer of the Threefold is better because it makes more 
Crackling Energy Ball Lightning to scale Boundless Unstable CurrentsFer of Wild Lightning is a totally fine set and deals great damage. You won't notice a massive difference as a casual.

There is a bug and Crackling Energy Ball Lightning and Overpower Meteor cannot be selected at the same time, the overpower is more important because 4 stacks grants 60% damage
