  • One Life on Hit Affix goes a long way for survivability.

    • Aspect of Interdiction also works, swapping Aspect of Rallying Reversal to our Armor.
    • Technically Aspect of Interdiction on our Amulet provides more Block but we already cap it at 100%.

How it Plays

Remember to always move every 2 seconds to keep Relentless active!

Starter

  • Use Arbiter of Justice to increase your damage greatly.
  • Cast Falling Star for Mobility and to stack Aspect of Ascension.
  • Cast Blessed Hammer constantly as its your main source of damage.
  • Use Rally for Faith.
  • Cast Fanaticism Aura to Weaken enemies.
  • Cast Defiance Aura for Unstoppable.

Speedfarm

  • Mainain Arbiter of Justice to increase your damage greatly.
  • Cast Aegis to generate Resolve.
  • Cast Falling Star for Mobility and to stack Aspect of Ascension.
  • Cast Fanaticism Aura to Weaken enemies.
  • Cast Defiance Aura for Unstoppable.
  • Alternate between Evading and casting Blessed Hammer.
    • Attacks Reduce Evade Cooldown + Aspect of the Arbiter's Zephyr will let you spam Evade.
    • Argent Veil casts 2-3 Blessed Hammer for free on every Evade.

Push

  • Cast Fortress whenever it is up.
    • It will give you insane damage with Resolve Damage Bonus Fortress.
  • Cast Fanaticism Aura, Holy Light Aura and Defiance Aura whenever possible to activate Resplendence to lower the Cooldown of Fortress.
    • ONLY cast them when you see Fortress has gone on Cooldown.
  • Cast Condemn every ~5 seconds to activate Disciple.
    • Every Condemn cast will stack Aspect of Ascension.
    • Maintaining Arbiter Form is essential to keep Aspect of Ascension and Aspect of Celestial Strife stacked. If you ever leave Arbiter Form you will lose all your stacks.
    • Applies Vulnerable.
    • Applies Weaken.
  • Spam Blessed Hammer.

How it Works

Core Mechanics

Damage

Blessed Hammer functions as a satisfying and powerful skill to use because of Disciples' Halo which converts it into the nostalgic orbitting Blessed Hammer.

Arbiter of Justice is used for its many potent multipliers such as Aspect of Celestial Strife, Aspect of Ascension and the newly introduced Beru of Light's Epiphany. It also enables the use of Argent Veil, which lets us cast 2-3 Free Blessed Hammer when we Evade. This allows us to cast on the move, greatly increasing our speedfarming capabilities.

Disciple naturally fits into the build by giving us [x]50% more damage.

On the Push Variant, we opt for Fortress because of Resolve Damage Bonus Fortress which we also combine with Sentinel and Maximum Resolve Tempering Affixes. In order to maintain good uptime on Fortress, we use Holy Light Aura, Fanaticism Aura and Defiance Aura with Resplendence to constantly lower its Cooldown.

Berú of Light's Epiphany is swapped for Berú of Righteous Will because we can't put points into Arbiter of Justice and Fortress at the same time.

In order to enter Arbiter Form with Disciple and gain more Damage, we use Condemn, which has a fairly low Cooldown and is lowered further by Resplendence.

Defenses

We stack Maximum Resolve to give massively increase our survivability with Aspect of Glynn's Anvil.

Because we can get away with having low Maximum Life, one Life on Hit affix is very strong as it will heal a big % of our total life pool.

Resource Management

Solving Resources early can be quite tricky now that the Lum Rune is gone.

Once we get Ring of Starless Skies + Argent Veil, one Faith per Second Affix is just enough to Sustain our Faith.

Without it, we need up to 3 Faith per Second Affixes and a Lucky Hit: Chance to Restore Primary Resources on our Ring can also help.

On the Push variant, Free Cast Fortress eliminates any problems.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I Generate Resolve?

  • Aegis generates 8 Resolve.
  • Fortress generates 30+ Resolve per second.
    • This can be cast manually like on the Push variant.
    • It can also be cast automatically with Berú of Light's Epiphany whenever we cast Arbiter of Justice.

What is Bugged?

Arbiter of Justice has many bugs regarding Movement Speed.

[x]Movement Speed is supposed to allow us to exceed the Movement Speed cap but currently it is only allowing us to get to 210% instead of 255%.

Attack Speed Breakpoints

Because the game's server operates in frames (images), Skills can only be cast in a whole number of frames. This means, for example, that you can't cast a Skill in 10.2 frames. To extend this example further, that means that all Attack Speed values that lead to a cast time of 10.01 to 10.99 frames would mean you end up casting at 11 frames, effectively wasting all Attack Speed gains from 11 frames to 10.01.

For that reason, it is important to reach the Attack Speed Breakpoint of a frame.

You might be wondering how frames translate into actual Cast Speed. Because the server runs at 60 frames per second, the way we translate frames into Cast Speed is with the formula: 60 / Frames = Casts per Second.
