Build Overview

This build relies on the power of Ancients you summon to do all the damage for you. You pair this with 
Aspect of Apogeic Furor and it allows you to reset your cooldowns of all of your skills, and have constant uptime. Each skill also summons an Ancient, so the faster we cast our skills, the more Summons we have.
For the Push variant, we are relying on specific Cooldown breakpoints and 
Mightiest Mighty Throw with 
Empowered Call of the Ancients. This gives us more Summons which is more damage. It works because Mightiest Mighty Throw now becomes an Ultimate skill, so it also activates Aspect of Apogeic Furor. This has a very strict rotation which will require some practice.
Variant breakdown
- Legendary is your starter. This will be fresh to 70, just putting gear together.
- Leap will have options to add Mythics, is very fast and can kill bosses. Video Guide
- Speed is mainly for Nightmare Dungeons, Helltides, The Undercity and Pit 115 and lower. Video Guide
- Push can be used for any content, it isn't always the fastest but you can swap in Leap for content outside the Pits/Tower.
Arsenal Selection
This build will be running on a Polearm set up. Depending on the variant 
Mighty Throw or 
Leap will have your Polearm selected as your weapon assignment.
Fury Management
Affixes
- Resource Generation will help increase the amount of Fury you gain whenever you generate Fury from any source and pairs really well with
Rallying Cry. - Fury Regeneration needs to be added onto:
- Helmet
- Chest piece
- Pants
- Boots
- You can also use Tempers that add Lucky hit chance to restore primary resources. This can be placed on:
- Do not spam you main ability if you are not near monsters if you can't maintain Fury. Hitting monsters using
Wrath generates Fury. - If you do not have
Ring of Starless Skies you can always add in a couple of Resource Cost Reduction affixes onto your Two-handed Weapons to mimic that effect.
Defense
- Take all defense nodes inside the Paragon board first. All Maximum Life, Resistances, and Armor nodes.
- You can use glyphs like
Ire or 
Territorial to help keep yourself alive. - Make sure all your gear has Maximum Life on it and you can then add Resistances, and Armor as needed.
- Life on Hit is a great option for you, but it will only heal you when you hit with Leap
