Zero-Point
The gameplay loop of this build is to have 
Zero-Point being up as much as possible, doing a boatload of Cryo damage while guiding your bubble to groups of enemies.
- This build isn't "optimal" for single target bossing but is well capable with the amount of gun damage buffs from skills like 
Creative Overflow, 
Neutron Decay and 
Parallel Circuit.
- Why is gun damage important? Well the Specialization skill 
I Am A Gun gives our Action Skill 50% of all our Gun Damage bonuses. Which synergizes very well with another Specialization 
Riddle You This (Faster fire rate guns will stack it quicker)

Inertia is vital in keeping your action skill going even after a kill, when done correctly you can chain your bubble forever. 
Cold Plunge is AMAZING for grouping and gives us a Cryo nova every time we slam so we can proc a lot of useful skills like 
Triple Point, 
Flash Freeze and Keep Ice On That.
