Shock Siphon

For the main interaction, you will need a Teen Witch class mod, a Sparky Shield shield (with amp shot), and a Ohm I Got submachine gun.

The way it works is that now your lifesteal will count towards shields and overshields because of the Teen Witch. So keep in mind that you will permanently be at max health, shield, and overshield because of your lifesteal from Grave Thirst.

This is where yourOhm I Got comes in. Since you will have an overshield, it won't consume ammo or drain your energy shield. This, in return, will grant you a 50% damage bonus as well.

Finally, your Sparky Shield wants your shield to drain to get its bonuses. This may seem impossible with the other gear, but if you roll an amp shot version, that amp will drain the shield procing the legendary effect. Since your Teen Witch will then heal that drained shield, you can keep reprocing it over and over, chaining lightning while also still getting the benefits of theOhm I Got because you still technically have an energy shield and an overshield.

With all that working together, you will have a permanent damage buff, overshield, unlimited ammo, and can chain lightning everywhere.

For other gear, I would look out for an Order Repkit since it can have two charges, and you want to roll an accelerator perk. This will make it very easy to get your Incarnate back. For ordinance, it's honestly up to you, but if you have a penetrator Jakobs Grenade it will work well for bossing, but it's not needed.

Maliwan Enhancement that provides status effect chance or damage is what you want. However, if you don't have one, just look out for basic stat increases to gun damage, crit damage, and SMG-related perks. I personally don't have a god roll yet, and it still performs very well.

For firmware, there really isn't anything super important that plays into shock damage or status effect damage. So with that, I'd recommend just taking the classic three Deadeye and two Trickshot to grant a ton of critical hit damage.

Bullet Train is super fun with this one since Hasty Fiends and Shocking Attunement is granting movement speed. You can essentially just run and gun without really having to aim with yourOhm I Got and chain lightning everywhere.

Riddle You This is also a really easy damage buff you can get. You're going to be shooting all the time, so it's basically a free 50% damage increase.

Contamination is also great because you can apply your shock status effects more.

Now With Caffeine is arguably the best because when you pair it with your Order Repkit with acceleration, you basically can get your Incarnate back immediately.
