This Vex build is designed to create the smoothest leveling experience possible, utilizing the strength of 
Dead Ringer Spectres. Their ranged attacks are pinpoint accurate, do high damage, and can apply status effects! They multiply our firepower in any fight and put the enemies on the back foot, picking off smaller enemies and shredding boss HP while we remain free to kill and summon more spectres.

How to Play: Summon spectres in positions where they won't get blown up immediately, draw fire so they can do maximum DPS. When passing enemies en route to objectives, do a drive-by haunting and laugh as your clones kill everyone and you reap the rewards while miles away. For your own play, focus on headshots and weapons that have high crit modifers to make the most out of the powerful Bloodletter bleed stacking. Carry a weapon of each element so you can attune using 
Phase Covenant and grant spectres bonus damage when dealing with tougher targets.
Gear Recommendations: A repkit with +% to cooldown reduction when active, a grenade that can Crowd control enemies and keep them away from your minions while they do their work. Since this is a leveling build, don't be scared to upgrade or swap weapons routinely- your spectres' damage will almost always be sufficient to carry smaller fights. Look for class mods with + to kill skills and + to cooldown reduction!
