Harlowe Cryo Statis Starter Build (Hard)

We will be using this as a starter leveling build focusing on her Entanglement Passive along with the Zero-Point Action skill to kind of give her a play style similar to Maya the siren from Borderlands 2!

This setup will really shine with a cryo weapon but even if you don't have a good cryo weapon once you get the Triple Point skill point the build will really start to come together with just about any weapon you find while leveling but make sure you are keeping an eye out for good cryo weapons as they will be the best option to use with this build and cryo does deal increased damage to shields not as much as what electric would but its a nice alternative and very useful for the CC.

For her augments if you are playing with a buddy then Peer Review is really nice but if you are playing solo I would suggest using Strange Attractor instead and then switching over to Cold Storage once you unlock it further down in the skill tree.
