Build Overview

This is a grenade build based around the Firepot which benefits from both Ordnance and Gun damage. As well as their damage source effects. So we take advantage of this and Tail of the Comet and Blackout to melt enemies. We also take advantage of Endless Bombardment to spam grenades as much as possible as well as Ordnance Cooldown.

ACTION SKILL:

Crucible - used to take advantage of Tripwire for Ordnance Spam

Axe and Stone - used for the Ordnance Cooldown via cryo axe. You can basically ignore the action skill cooldown part as we have other ways of taking care of that. Gain increased movement speed to increase gun damage via Bullet Train

Endless War - gain gun damage that benefits Firepot. Go to for bossing but not needed

Snowmaul - down here anyways so may as well get. The ricochets help proc more detonations for Axe and Stone but Forgeskill spam is not a focus.

BLUE TREE:

The Thrill - health regen is easy survivability

Wrath of Nature - increased status chance for Tail of the Comet

Tail of the Comet - double dipping status effect that also benefits from skill damage. Key skill

Machinist - Ordnance cooldown rate to help during mobbing

Blackout - double dipping status effect. doesn't benefit from skill damage. Key skill

GREEN TREE:

Executioner - applies to crits via crit chance

Bolt Action - bonus element that applies to Firepot

Vital Organs - gun crit chance that applies to Firepot. Most likely not going to be active during bossing

Tempered Pyre, Twin Tempers, Tempered Lightning, Tempered Ice - Used for proccing melee effects when applicable. Not too needing but losing 4 skill points for it isn't too bad. can be put elsewhere like Smelter for more Forgeskill spam in mobbing

Cacophany - increased damage. Detonation radius good for mobbing

Endless Bombardment - reason to going down the left branch. Refund chance allows for potential long chains of grenade spam. Been able to spam 0 extra nades or 6 extra nades. Technically can go infinitely. Key skill

Ordnance:

Firepot - deals both ordnance and gun damage making it also get a bunch of gun effects. Reload your gun to detonate the stickies. Swapping weapons or gun mode will also detonate stickies. My ideal part is +1 Charge

Guns:

Any gun Torgue (Sticky Mag) for Explosi-ception - benefits from that enhancement. See that section for more info.

Jakobs Pistol Vial Launcher - damage boost double dips

Class Mod:

Ideal Passives: elemental, element type, damage dealt, ordnance, gun, status damage, status chance, ordnance crit chance

Amon Class Mod Cyborg - Rolls points into Endless Bombardment

Viking - rolls points into Reactive Armor (only up to +3 because of bug) and Fists of Stone. Not the focus but can help with more Tripwire procs while waiting for Endless Bombardment class mod.

Repkit:

Triple Bypass - multiple charges to activate Now With Caffeine. Should get at least 1 Crucible charge per activation. Get it with Action Skill Cooldown Rate. Can also do Damage Dealt or Elemental for damage boost that double dips

Shield:

Protean Cell - go to for bossing. The bonus element applies to Status Effects like Blackout and Tail of the Comet which most bonus elements do not.

Watts 4 Dinner - gain shock bonus element and good for survivability. Get part with Siphon for the even easier Overshield uptime.

Firewerks - enhance mobbing with the projectiles also damaging and killing enemies.

Enhancement:

Get gun splash damage while holding a splash gun as it acts as damage dealt and boosts almost everything.

Explosi-ception - only enhancement that boosts the Firepot. Applies to the impact and is noticeable in mobbing and can kill enemies without detonating stickies because of Tail of the Comet and Blackout.

Headringer DOES NOT APPLY to Firepot because it is On-Shot gun damage and it doesn't get that

2/3 Gadget Ahoy - Ordnance Cooldown and Damage

2/3 Airstrike - splash radius and damage (damage is actually 10%)

1/3 Get Throwin - consistent damage

Alternative:

1/3 God Killer - amazing for bossing or tough badasses that double dips. Take it out of Airstrike. This also means you could get 2/3 Get Throwin instead of 1/3 Airstrike if you wanted to

Now With Caffeine - every repkit activation returns about 1 charge

Tripwire - each time Crucible is activated it will proc Tripwire. Allows for better Ordnance spam.

The Best Defense - Damage Dealt will double dip in Tail of the Comet

Bullet Train or Riddle You This - increased gun damage to boost Firepot damage

Fragmentation Payload - increases crit chance of Ordnance which is great for bossing since you have less crit chance during then

Gameplay

Throw Firepot until you are out of charges.

Throw Crucible with Cryo Axe (because of Axe and Stone for ordnance cooldown) which will proc Tripwire.

Throw more Firepot gained.

Activate your Triple Bypass to get back Crucible charges via Now With Caffeine.

Throw more Crucible and then activate Conflangarang at target with Cryo Axe attached to detonate for ordnance cooldown.

Throw more Firepot gained.

Shoot and reload when at any time during this when you feel you have enough stickies. Experience will teach you how many Firepot you need to throw. For bosses with big HP I usually do this full cycle. During mobbing I will reload sometimes in between while still doing other things to regain Crucible and Firepot charges.

Make sure to hit the target before throwing the Firepot to help get the homing stickies to attach to the enemy. Mainly only needed for bossing

Notes

Remember that the speed you clear will be RNG based. You could have a really fast kill or really slow.
