This a decent mobbing built for Harlowe that focuses on heavy cryo damage, and keeping your cool down for stasis as short as possible.
Space Jam Harlowe
Build Overview
Strengths And Weaknesses
- Mobbing feels good and fun
- It's decent in UVH 5
- It is relatively easy to use
- Build falls short for Bossing
- Lack of Shock makes shields a pain
- Quite a bit of setup for some gear
Skill Tree

A decent portion of the skill tree is dedicated to cryo damage. The rest focuses on skills that reduce cooldown (Such Confirmative Reality), Giving yourself a large over-shield, and damage based on that over-shield. With some crit thrown in.
Equipment

The Rainbow Vomit can be rolled with both a cryo and shock pellet. This can help a little bit when dealing with shield. A Jakobs shotgun with a spread shot under-barrel is pretty self-explanatory. (In term of weapons I am still looking for some decent options to go with).
A Jakobs Rep-kit with AMP and element affinity can help with some more of the frustrating enemies.
The Jelly grenade is also kind of a stand it, A cryo one can help with maintaining over-shield. The Jakobs AMP knife would probably be a good option.
I like the Reactor Class mod. Since you are slamming pretty consistently you are getting that bonus pretty often. However this can be replaced with the Skeptic for 1) More cryo darts = more over-shield. 2) You can get a point in Stun Lock for more bubbles and I think that is funny.
The Firewerks shield with a cryo resistance turn those rockets into cryo rockets and it is absolutely insane for keeping your over-shield up.
A Jakobs enhancement is just nice to have. Especially if you roll one with cryo damage. Don't really have much else to add for the enhancement.
Specialization
Riddle You This for stacking gun damage.
I Am a Gun for the increase to skill damage.
A Honed Mind for crit chance on action skill.
Contamination for even more element chance.
