Build Overview

This build utilizes Overdrive to its fullest potential, stacking several insane passives to buff our guns as much as possible and also getting some solid benefit from Peacebreaker Cannons without any real investment.

Any passives without max points in them are able to be adjusted as desired.

Barrage can be used instead of Everdrive when the additional Overdrive duration is not needed.
The blue tree can be arranged to support other guns such as SMGs and Rifles.
It's generally recommended to not use the additional power from Instinto unless you are able to finish a fight before it ends or you have alot of enemies to kill for sustained duration.

Utilities

Repkit should be Accelerator and have a short cooldown to match the Accelerator. Keep in mind that other durations on use will extend the time before cooldown such as Regeneration or Movement Speed buffs.
Use a Maiming Throwing Knife to increase damage vs bosses and reduce their damage to you.
Use a Jakobs Enhancement with Piercer and applicable stats.
For your Class Mod, focus on maintaining Overdrive uptime with Cooldown Reduction or Skill Duration.
For your Jakobs Shotgun, try to use something with 75%+ Accuracy or you may lose too much damage from missed pellets.

In The Zone can be used if you like ADS(Aim Down Sights). Bullet Train is the opposite playstyle, so these 2 are interchangeable.
Now With Caffeine can be used if your Peacebreaker Cannons need more Cooldown Reduction.

Gameplay

Activate Peacebreaker Cannons to trigger Overdrive.
Maintain Peacebreaker Cannons continuously to maintain Overdrive uptime.
Run and gun to your heart's content. We're hipfiring Shotguns after each re-load, so jump and position to 1 shot enemies with each shot.
Shield Barriest allows Shields to recharge very quickly, so find cover briefly if needed.

Notes

We are changing our Overdrive bonuses to be much higher. Double from Soltado, +50% from Jaque, and potentially +100% from Dancer with enough Cooldown Reduction.
