Insane Kinetic Deadeye Vex Endgame Build [PLEASE READ]

BUILD BREAKDOWN

This vex build takes full advantage of Vex's high burst damage potential via Incarnate and very strong health sustain through optimising her Vexcalation toolkit. This build focuses solely on kinetic weapon damage which makes it very easy to ramp up at endgame. This one focuses on Jakobs Shotgun, Jakobs Sniper.

The strength in this build lies in the fact it is very simple to play, it doesn't rely on the AI of your summons and it ramps up really impressively.

The backbone of this builds focuses on the synergy between Leeching Attunement, Bloodletter and Material Components, this compounds heavily when Essence Leech & Blood Is Power come online. Landing critical hits with high damaging weapons is your goal here, huge single shot damage from Hot Slugger and Borstel Ballista not only do MASSIVE damage but they also apply bleed through Bloodletter and since this procs does 30% damage per second rolled off the weapon that applies it, it is in our best interests to get the highest hitting single shots possible! The bleed ticks are huge when they proc so you can land headshots and often forget about the mob you've hit as it will bleed out. The ricochet that Jakobs weapons offer also lends itself superbly to this playstyle.

This also works superbly in terms of keeping us healed up with Essence Leech and hard hitting weapons. Popping your heal often is helpful to ensure you are getting the massive damage increase from Blood Is Power.

Use Incarnate whenever it is off cooldown and you are fighting spam down enemies using your phase explosion and Elditch Blast, weaving shots in between. This becomes incredible when Heartpiercer is live as you can spam Elditch Blast indefinitely. The phase explosion also heals you fully which is a nice addition.

This build works off synergising Deadeye and High Caliber firmwares with Undead Eye or Teen Witch class mods alongside either Sloppy Hatrick or Blasting lady killer for those sweet lovely jakobs passives that proc A LOT because we're using Borstel Ballista, Hot Slugger, Boomslangand Truck as our weapon setups. Borstel Ballista is DEVASTATING when you amp from Triple Bypass repkit and pop Incarnate for good measure! Just be sure to use a repkit shot before each shot when bossing to get the most mileage out of your crits!
