DISCLAIMER: This is all theoretical without any experience in the game. This is focused on using all things in a playthrough. If you find a gun or an ordnance or action skill that you really like then you can adjust things to focus more on that.

Blue trees Affinity skills makes this look like a top tier skill tree to focus on for Amon. But this is also a build focused on leveling if you want to mess with Scourge. Use any augments or capstones that you want. The affinity skills allow you to deal and buff damage with everything in your kit. I will most likely be going Molten Rebuke for Athena-like playstyile and Wrathfall for big sword.

There is also the chance of the affinity damage skills not doing good damage in a playthrough to where they are not worth consuming affinity skill and just keeping them up. That will decide on how you play and gear you get as well. And if any of these skills are double dipping.

Tail of the Comet is Flexible if you can't proc the effect well enough for your Ordnance. You could get Wrath of Nature instead of Battleborn and that would be just a quick respec.

The order to go with each branch will depend on if you want to focus on the damage that Affinity skills proc, The Capstones that come with each branch, or if you are just going to focus on guns. If you just go the gun route then max out the affinity skills Burning Rage, Icy Rage, and Thunderous Rage then look for skills that will help your guns. Everything after those affinity kills is just focused on non gun stuff.
