While much remains unknown at this time, these appear to be Unplayable cards that boast valuable rewards if you can fulfill their condition.
Choosing to add dead draws into your deck is certainly a heavy price to pay, but as us veterans know...

So far it looks like Quest Cards won't have a positive impact during combat, but will offer a valuable reward in exchange for your time.
Byrdonis Egg appears to have a relatively simple condition of visiting a Rest Site. Afterwards, it looks like we get a friendly companion to aid us in our adventure!
Will the Quest Card be removed after completion? Does Byrdonis Egg require us to give up our regular Rest Site benefits in order to hatch it?
So many questions remain, but we'll keep you posted once we find out!
It's unclear where and how Quest Cards can be found, but based on the image below, it does look like Events could be a primary location.
Spoils Map sure is intriguing. 600 Gold is a LOT, but does the Map stay in the deck after completion?
