Slay the Spire 2 Quest Card Guide

Slay the Spire 2 adds a brand new mechanic to the game with the introduction of Quest Cards!

Quests are Unplayable cards received at Events that boast valuable rewards once you can fulfil their condition.

Choosing to add dead draws into your deck is certainly a heavy price to pay, but as us veterans know...

Risk..... Reward.....

Quest Cards don't have a positive impact during combat, but will offer a valuable reward in exchange for your time. In some cases this can take a while, so be sure you can afford having an extra dead card before it's eventually removed upon completion.

In the case of the Byrdonis Egg, simply visit a Rest Site and hatch the egg to unlock the Byrdonis companion. The bird isn't just for show - it comes with a powerful 0 cost 14 damage attack card to boot.

The Quest Card is removed after completion, and in the case of the Byrdonis Egg you are required to give up our regular Rest Site benefits in order to hatch it.

Quest Cards are found at Events on the map (signified by a ?).

Byrdonis Egg

• Location: Byrdonis Nest Event
• Task: Hatch the egg at a Rest Site.
• Reward: Byrd Swoop

Lantern Key

• Location: Mysterious Knight Event (Act 2) -> War Historian, Repy Event (Act 3)
• • You should encounter the second part during the first Event node chosen in Act 3.
• Task: Defeat the Mysterious Knight, then find Repy.
• Reward: History Course Relic OR 2 random Potions + 2 random Relics.
• • History Course: At the start of your turn, play a copy of your last played Attack or Skill.

Spoils Map

• Location: The Legends Were True Event
• Task: Open the Chest in the next Act marked with a red X.
• Reward: 600 Gold
