Patch 0.4.0c Update

• Remove Second Wind from Lunar Blessing - it now has a longer Cooldown, but recovers Cooldown while it is in effect. This means we get a free bonus Socket with a similar effect without the need for Second Wind. You can allocate Grounded in the Earth if you want to increase its uptime because you don't have enough Rage for 100% Uptime
• You can now link Ice Bite II with Lunar Blessing. Testing now but doesn't seem to stack with Bhaitar's, or is just very hard to proc consistently
• Can also use Boar Idol in Gloves for improved Cooldown Recovery on Lunar Blessing since it is now counted as a Warcry. This is assuming you are using Wisdom of the Maji
• Arctic Howl now provides Empowers 1 attack per 5 enemy Power (previously 10).
• The additional Cold damage granted by Arctic Howl to Empowered Attacks is now approximately 50% higher at all levels.

This is a snapshot of my build progression for my league start Frost Wolf Druid build. This build currently isn't optimised, but still performs extremely well. The proper, more detailed guide will come in the next few days but you can catch me Live to ask questions. This build rules and is a 10/10 on the fun scale

Skill Rotation

For bosses, your Skill Rotation is important, but should come very naturally after a bit of practice. This is how I do it:

1. Pounce onto the boss to apply your Freezing Mark which will also allow you to Leech thanks to Mark of Siphoning II
2. Attack with Lunar Assault until the Boss Freezes
3. Arctic Howl
4. Attack with Shred to build up several Ice Crystals
5. Use Cross Slash as late as possible - because we link it with Biting Frost II which removes Freeze, we don't want to do this too early. (I'm going to test not using Biting Frost to see if it's possible to do two of these rotations per single Freeze duration)

Anoint Options

1. If you're using Lavianga's Spirits, then Stimulants is a great option
2. Heavy Frost is huge for Freeze Buildup and damage
3. Honourless is another great option if you're stacking Armour

Solving Mana Issues

The way I am solving Mana on this build is to use Lavianga's Spirits. This is fairly expensive this early (40ex for a badly rolled one currently), but it is so worth it. Just a couple of tips for when you buy this Flask:

1. Go back to Act 4 Abandoned Prison, and make sure that you have selected the Permanent Buff at the statue to Mana Recovery from Flasks
2. Getting a Belt like a Linen Belt with modifiers that increase Mana Recovery from Flasks further improves this
3. Add Quality to Laviangas
4. MASSIVE BUG: If you die, sometimes your Laviangas will stop working, so unequip and re-equip it to make it function agian
5. Lavianga's Brew is amazing with this Flask (thanks to SgtWargazm for this tip)

Other Tips

1. Get some Mana Leech on your Gloves or Rings
2. Cobalt Jewel with Recover #% of Mana on Kill
3. Clarity I or II Support for more Mana Regen
4. Mana Gain on Kill (Gloves/Rings)
5. You can go Price of Freedom
6. Efficiency II in your Lunar Blessing can also help
7. Roll your Mana Flask properly if you aren't using Lavianga's (Ultimate Mana Flask) - modifiers such as #% increased Recovery/Gain # Charges per Second
8. Linking Oisín's Oath to Lunar Blessing is great for Leech
