Build Overview

This is kind of a meme build. It requires some budget, also, if you use wand instead, you'll be slower and gameplay will be less funnier, but you'll have way stronger power.

Plz keep that in mind.

Strengths and Weaknesses

Fast
Super Fun(One of the funniest build I've ever played)
Very comfy

Not Cost Effective
Weak survivavility. With my setup, I died 1 times per 1~2map(15t 5~6mod)
you can't control your movement, Lightning warp controls you, not you control lightning warp.
This build is expensive. If you don't have enough budget, it'll not perform as same as in the video.

Widowhail You need to get one with 300% effect!

But in case if you can't get one, there's a cheaper option.

You get Widowhail with more than 280% effect.

And then, just put Master Fletching anoint into your amulet.

This way, you're require ton of currency and still be able to get increased quiver effect more than 300%.

Which means, you'll still get +1 all projectile skill level. hehe

For Utopia is trash, it's too expensive and not worth the price.

use The Fall of the Axe instead.

And I used unique ones cuz it looks cool, but it's not needed at all.

Just get Magic ones, it's completely fine, it doesn't make any differece in in-game play.

For quiver,

All projectile skill level, projectile speed is mandatory.

Life per enemy killed is also nice to get.

It's best to get Penetrating Quiver, cuz it gives you free pierce. Which is imo nicer than chain in mapping. Also, you don't need to invest any passive point or support gem for it.

In case if you can't get one with your budget, put 4 points for Branching Bolts in passive tree instead.

Helm and boots, get move speed, crit chance, max life, resistances. + Rarity

Ring, aim for maximum life, cold or lightning damage, Rarity, Cast speed, Res, Mana on kill(better than life on kill)

Body armour, just get one with Highest ES and Res.

If you're not obssessed with rarity, you can get Seed of Cataclysm instead of rare ring. also you'll be able to fix Passive tree, get rid of some critical nodes, and invest it into other stuff.

Or, you might even be able to get rid of Pinpoint Critical Support Gem.

If you can't afford Atalui's Bloodletting, use Mask of the Sanguimancer for helm instead.

Get one heart of the well.

Culling threshold is good. Also, you need at least 1 mana on kill, if you don't have mana on kill from your ring.

And then, get good modifiers. Gain damage, skill effect duration, crit, anything.

Get Against the Darkness Jewel with +Spirit, and (Gain Damage if you're rich)

Get From Nothing Diamond that allows you to allocate nodes around Chaos Inoculation.

Lightning Bolt, You won't have 5 slot for support gem if you don't get Choir of the Storm with level 20 Lightning Bolt.

It's completely ok, I also used on with level 19. But in case if you're POE Jeff Bezos, get one with level 20 Lightning Bolt, and get 1 more support gem slot.

(If you're not, get rid of Concentrated Area)

Spark, Atalui's Bloodlettingis expensive but SUPER good. I recommend you to not play this build if you can't afford this support gem.

but in case if you still want to play it, get Mask of the Sanguimancer instead.

Also Dialla's Desire's expensive and not really worth the price.

You can replace those with Sione's Temper, Considered Casting, Deliberation, etc.

In Cast on Critical and Cast on Elemental Ailment, Considered Casting and Magnified Area I isn't so important and you don't need them.

And Again, If you're POE2 Jeff Bezos, get rid of those 2 and Use Uhtred's Augury.

Lightning Warp, higher skill gem level, better, but you won't be able to afford mana cost.

You can just use ones with level 9, but if you have enough mana, level them up.

Remnant Potency III is not needed, it's up to your preference. you can get rid of it in both skill.

adjust passive tree depends on your crit chance.

If you have higher crit chance than me, get rid of crit chance nodes and invest it into other nodes.

If you have lower crit chance than me, you'll need to invest more point into crit chance.

Efficient Inscriptions is super mandatory.

Get From Nothing Jewel that allows you to allocate passives around Chaos Inoculation. and pick Tempered Mind Pure Chaos Heavy Frost Thin Ice Harsh Winter, and alsoControlled Chaos if you lack spirit.
