Basics Overview

Building a reverse chill storm weaver specialized into Elemental Storm. The gameplan is to proc self chill with Shackles of the Wretched with a reverse elemental ailment inflict special cultivation orb outcome this also has to successfully remove "chill immune after 6 seconds mod" combined with Sierran Inheritance to reverse the effect on chill. We will then be proccing Elemental Storm with Entangle and most likely scaling into archmage damage + gem levels.
