Building a reverse chill
Stormweaver specialized into
Entangle (other skills can be done I just wanted plants). The gameplan loop is to proc self chill by casting
Entangle on enemies with
Shackles of the Wretched via a reflect elemental ailment inflict special cultivation orb outcome that also has to successfully removed "chill immune after 6 seconds mod" combined with
Sierran Inheritance to reverse the effect on chill.
Heavy Snows from
Stormweaver allows for 70% action speed instead of normal 50% action speed chill cap.
Stormweaver also grants all damage can chill through
Shaper of Winter which makes physical damage from
Entangle & lightning damage from
Archmage to consistently chill enemies.
Stormweaver also allows for strong mana synnergy with
Force of Will &
Constant Gale enabling a defensive option as well as damage output power source with the use of
Indigon.

Biggest weakness is lack of shock immune, can be annointed via
Crystallised Immunities OR via an alternative tree pathing which I will make a mockup tree for.

Indigon ramps mana cost for substantial damage gain, this needs to be 'delicately' balanced.
Too much cost = Ramps out of control = can't cast
Too Low cost = not much damage gain
- Recommended = 4-5% cost per 200 mana spent recently
- Efficiency II on Lvl 10ish vulnerability(shoot for 600 mana cost)
- 13+% damage per 200 mana spent recently
Quipolatl's Thesis grants giga mana recovery based on casting
Vulnerability curse with links recommended below (needs
Whispers of Doom for curse delay)- rotate casts between
Vulnerability &
Entangle (if you only spam cast
Entangle you will lose mana regen from
Vulnerability +
Quipolatl's Thesis and spend mana down to zero)
Mind Over Matter
Mind Over Matter is too bricked on mana sustain so we opt for very high(96+%) damage taken from mana before life instead. Its recommended to get life recoup enchant corruption on
Sierran Inheritance to counterbalance the slight damage going to life pool.

Quest Rewards
- Act 3 Vial = Mana Regeneration Rate
- Act 4 Tattoos = Resistances
- Interlude 2 Pillar = Resistances unless capped, then use %movement speed
- Don't worry if you choose different quest rewards, this shouldn't brick your character as most quest rewards have similar power levels
AVOID THESE
- % gain fire as extra = reflect ignite = death
Headhunter with no ignite immunity, HH can grant fire as extra thus allowing one to pk themselves with self ignite.- Meteor Shrine gives "gain as extra fire" = ignite = death

- Can Reverse chill be played on non
Stormweaver? YES, reverse chill with 50% action speed is still very powerful, if you have a good idea, run with it. - Can I play Reverse chill without EXPENSIVE version of
Shackles of the Wretched(chill immune mod removed)? Yes, HOWEVER you will need over a 6 second duration of chill (200% increased chill duration on enemies) and its recommended to play on a non
Stormweaver, as double chill will not work because the second chill wont be able to be applied simultaneously
