You can slot in Impurity whatever as all those Spirit support gems are FREE. (intended)
Companion: {0} with Haste Aura aka Frozen Mandibles spawns in Interlude 3 Ashen Forest. Go until you find Checkpoint where Rare Ant emerges from sand and keep respawning at Checkpoint until you find Haste Aura.
Time of Need bugs out on weapon swaps so you have to always reactivate it once you are on Weapon Set 1 (Earthquake bar)

1. Earthquake - absolute animal crit focused damage dealer
2. Forge Hammer - on Weapon Set 2 (no reduced duration) to proc Fissures which can crit slamming 1. on top of them
3. Shockwave Totem - further fissure procs for CRAZY stun and damage
4. Infernal Cry - just to proc 2. on boss fights
