Build Overview

UPDATE - BUILD STILL WORKS AS OF 5/1/2025. THE NERF TO BEIRAS DID IMPACT THE THORNS VERSION. OUR MAPPING IS STILL GREAT BUT BOSS DPS SUFFERS.

The core of this build is Beira's Anguish. It is a new unique charm that when you become ignited, you ignite enemies in you presence as though dealing fire damage equal to 500% of your maximum life. This charm is where ALL of our damage is coming from. A massive amount of its damage scaling comes from your life, so you are going to be life stacking with this build.

It only triggers when we get ignited, so thats where inferalist comes in. Infernalist has the ascendancy passive Grinning Immolation. Become ignited when you deal a critical hit. Deal a crit, you ignite yourself, then the charm procs, making you immune to ignite and roasts everyone in front of you. Then add on the unique chest piece Pragmatism. This makes your charms use no charges, allowing us to get infinite procs of Beira's Anguish.

Thorns is what we are generating our crits from. Briarpatch give FLAT critical hit chance. Right now with minimal investment I'm at a 70% chance to crit with thorns. The thorns damage is super low only 47-87, but that doesn't matter at all. The damage of the thorns hit isn't important, all that matters is CRITTING. You just need a crit to ignite yourself, then the charm does the rest.

Take damage to deal damage in a game with so many one shots can be a struggle. Lots of dying!
Expensive chase items - Grand Spectrum Rubies will run you 15-18 divine for all 3.

Beira's Anguish - LOW DURATION MATTERS. Do not put quality on your Beira's.

Pragmatism - get a 3 socket if you can

Bijouborne - Reduce Charm Duration is very good for Beira's. Its cooldown is tied to its duration. We want this as low as possible.

Blackflame - Great in ignite builds. Works perfect here.

Crown of the Pale King - Enables thorns to proc on all hits instead of just melee hits. Makes the build super comfy.

Briarpatch - 25% flat crit makes our crit very big for thorns

Forsaken Bangle - helps with our serious lack of chaos res

Saitha's Spear - Aggravate Ignite for bossing

From Nothing - Oasis - Lets us allocate passives points to fast acting toxins.

Rare Items - Max life, sockets, and resistance wherever you can. Rarity if you can spare it.

Shield - Used for active block. Fill out resistances here since we are unique heavy

Amulet - Make sure to get % max life increase here.

Anoint - Immolation

Sceptre - Get as big a presence area increase you can get. Omen Sceptre for Malice. Get bonus spirit so you can use mana remnants as well.

Jewels - Grand Spectrum Ruby 2% max life per grand spectrum, get 3 of these. VERY EXPENSIVE

For rare jewels get Pressence Area of Effect > Recover 2% mana on kill(only need this once) > Ignite Magnitude/Duration > Critical Hit Chance > Block ChanceSockets - If possible get Greater Body Rune (+40 max life) into all slots. You will probably need to put resistance in a few slots though
