Build Overview
Early game use Lightning Arrow + Lightning Rod(Scattershot) for clear and Stormcaller Arrow for bosses until you get Gas Arrow at level 22 with a level 7 uncut skill gem.
Playstyle involves shooting Gas Arrows, letting them grow, and then blowing them up with a Flame Wall for clear. When fighting a singular enemy just put a Flame Wall on their head and hold down Gas Arrow. Note that Flame Wall itself does not detonate the Gas Arrow clouds, igniting an enemy inside the cloud with Flame Wall is what causes it to blow up.
For the Venom Crypt quests. Take stun threshold in act 3 and chaos resistance in act 6.
Equipment
Not going to fill in gear here because there really isn't a way to target craft anything. Try to find items that have life/resist/rarity/evasion. If you don't wear rarity gear, you probably won't find any stuff. In SC definitely prioritize rarity over life at least until 100% increased rarity, just don't get hit. Boots having movement speed is mandatory.
You ideally want to use a Dualstring Bow because Gas Arrow explosions have AoE overlap and extra arrows result in extra hits. All damage types are equal for scaling gas arrow. You just want the biggest bow possible of any combination of damage types. In the endgame with ideal gear that will be a phys bow as flat elemental rolls in PoE2 are not as high as PoE1.
Sockets can be w/e you want. Resist is usually ideal but rarity runes are probably best. In weapon socket early game use flat lightning damage Later on the 20% physical will outscale it as the base improves.

You will need to use a low level Flammability and Flame Wall as the Intelligence requirements are high if you want to level them.
The last link on Gas Arrow can be Rising Tempest/Fire Pen/Immolate. Many choices here do what you want.
Herald of Ash is only used with a physical bow as 90% of our damage is fire post conversion, enabling the herald nodes to be 74% increased damage for 3 points. If your damage is split among all 3 types more evenly do not use it. Herald of Thunder is ok if you are reliably shocking but there isn't really a good reservation here. Ghost shrouds are ideal if you can get enough ES (150+)

Don't take Acrobatics until you have like 15-20k evasion with Tailwind and Wind Dancer stacked up. Get all of the movement speed first. Then area of effect. Add evasion when you feel cowardly.
Ascendancy order is Tailwind --> Point Blank --> Endless Munitions --> Wind Ward. In hardcore take Wind Ward 2nd.
Stat travel nodes will be majority dexterity with the minimum amount in Intelligence and Strength to be able to use the necessary gems (20 STR and 52 INT required)
Strength is preferred over Dexterity if you have enough Dexterity to use the highest level gems and wear the highest level bases(212 Dexterity for best bow base) as 10 life is better than 10 accuracy.
