WIDOWHAIL:
PoE2 Trade - Path of Exile (300% widowhail)

You need to hit a total of 300% Increased Bonuses From Equipped Quiver. These are the ways to get it:
1) Corrupted Widowhail for higher than 250% increase
2) Emerald Jewels can roll 6% Increased Bonuses From Equipped Quiver, and are a good way to squeeze yourself over this breakpoint
3) The default anoint for this build guide 
Stormcharged, is not important. You can instead anoint 
Master Fletching instead for 20% increased Bonuses From Equipped Quiver.
4) I strongly do not recommend doing this, because its very efficient in terms of skill points, and we do not have any to spare. But running the tree down to Wrapped Quiver will give you 32% increased Bonuses from equipped quiver.
Realistically the conclusion of all this, is that you need to have a 
Widowhail that is corrupted to have at minimum 274% increased bonuses from equipped quiver, in order to be able to hit the 300% breakpoint.
MALIGORO'S VIRTUOSITY:
PoE2 Trade - Path of Exile
If you open the filters for this trade link, you can check some boxes in order to filter for only high crit chance and high dex. It will be slightly expensive, but is for min maxing. Getting corrupted with an additional socket is great. 
Fenumus' Rune of Spinning is great value for cast speed, if you don't need to use runes to fix resistance.
FEATHERED ARROW QUIVER BASE:

This 2nd trade link gives you a quiver ready to be fractured, and then crafted. The video guide has a section detailing how to do this easy craft. I highly suggest crafting it yourself, however I will provide a second link below to a quiver that only needs the last part of the craft done, which is ALSO shown in that video link by the way.

The full craft should take ~4 quiver bases to successfully fracture, and then 60 chaos orbs in order to hit T1 proj speed. Realistically, depending on the cost of the mats, the craft can be around 2-4 div. However this 2nd link provides an option to buy a quiver someone else has crafted for profit selling.

Open the filters and fine tune it so that you will fix your resistances on the ring as well, if required.

UNIQUE JEWEL: Heart of the well:
This is a new unique jewel that is very powerful and should be included. There are alot of good affixes, but my 2 recommended ones are both QoL/ Defensive
- increased energy shield from equipped body armour
- increased mana cost efficiency
